Great service and staff. Dr Henderson preformed cataract surgery on left eye last year and right eye last week. Both surgeries were flawless and very professional. Dr Henderson is a wonderful and talented Dr that really cares about his patients and treats them with the utmost respect. Office visits had minimal waits and I was well informed on all updates. Definitely recommend Dr Henderson to anyone that needs these services.

Called to make an appointment since I had been there before and they are aware of a cataract that I have. I've seen Dr. Samy and Dr. Montkza. Was told by front desk I couldn't make an appointment b/c I didn't do a yearly checkup in 2021. Something concerning my insurance company; they said. Asked for someone from billing/insurance to call to discuss with me. No call. Called again today, was told insurance company no longer affliated with them. Called insurance company and they gave me their provider number. I'm done.

Dr. Henderson is so thorough. I’ve never seen so many tests and machines. It’s the latest technological to insure you receive the best care. I traveled from 1.5 hrs to see him based on many recommendations. He was exactly on point with my cataracts and how he would operate for the best outcome. He is also very kind and compassionate and listens to all your concerns regarding your eyes. Thank God the other cataract institute on West Bay in Largo didn’t return my phone call because now I’ve got the best Dr. in this field.

i didnt know what to expect during this visit, and they started to test my eyes. I have a brain tumor and made them aware, but was forced to take this test and stare into a light. after about 2 mins, i was on the floor in my new white coat, crying in pain from the test. 4 nurses came in and told me to get up and finish the test. I clearly told them many times, "No - i can not complete these test. i deny services, call my daughter to come pick me up asap. I could not see, i could not drive, and i could not stand. " 4 separate nurses bullied me to get up and finish against my wishes. I physically could not. after about 30 mins, the doctor never came to check on me. My eyes were blurry enough for me to stumble out on my own and wait in the parking lot for my family to rescue me. after repeated requests for help, NO ONE there helped me with anything, and i was billed in full. My medical report says, "No issue found. Eyes are perfect." i cant understand how this can be. i would never lay on the floor in heels and a white fur coat!?!? GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THEY ARE NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF HELPING SICK PEOPLE, ONLY TAKING MONEY.
