List of Harshinder Singh's Reviews
In 4 appts thus, I have spent less than 10 minutes with Dr Singh. The first appt after a long wait that went well beyond my appt time, I saw the doctor less than 2 minutes, the next two were tests, the last appt, he spent more time explaining the results of the tests and treatment plan, my opinion of him became higher, he seemed concerned and compassionate for a person new to having heart related health issues, it appeared that he had not previously reviewed test results. I get the sense that he is always very rushed. The office appears disorganized, their pre check in system doesn't work, I have waited 30-60 minutes past my appt. The office rescheduled the last appt to discuss results and treatment plan because it had been scheduled the weekday the Dr. Is not in office. They tried to reschedule it a second time saying that I need to wear a heart monitor before I could learn the results of other tests, but at my insistance, I was allowed the appointment. My symptoms still persist.
Was like an assembly line with very long delays. Felt like a number not a person
This place is so unprofessional, do not recommend! Doesn’t feel like your welcome.
I have dealt with the Riverview and Brandon offices, Brandon was awesome the Riverview office staff needs a little more training, as far as Dr Singh he was awesome and would highly recommend him for any of your heart problems.
I have been a patient of Dr. Singh for over 12 years. I am now 50 years old. The level of care and treatment at his office has gone down drastically and I will personally be seeking another physician. The doctor himself is typically nice and always smiling but you literally get 5 minutes of time with him compared to the usual 45 minute wait in the waiting room. Medical records never make it to my other doctors when requested, so if you go there, pick them up yourself! And today, after calling multiple times this week and no one calling back, I finally reached someone who then was rude and indifferent. So unprofessional and this is NOT the first time I have been treated this way. I normally would be concerned about them reading this but I have no choice but to leave and find another office in hopes to find some caring and empathetic staff members. If you choose to work in the medical field then by all means BE KIND!!!!!!!! Every person you speak to is going through something and if they are calling a doctors office it likely isn't something good! It doesn't cost a dime to be nice to people and show some care and concern especially in the medical field. OF ALL PLACES! I am just so over the lack of quality care available and the indifferent attitude of staff members and doctors themselves. Anyway, do yourself a favor and keep looking.
This place is the worst. My primary care ordered several heart tests due to continuing chest pain. I was given an authorized referral from my insurance company to see Dr. Singh. When I made the appointment Dr. Singhs staff changed the Dr. I was to see to somebody else so now my insurance will not cover it. This was done without my knowledge. So the day of my appointment several weeks later I was unable to be seen. I was told they contacted my primary for a new referral and would call me once that was done. They never called. Now over a month later Im still trying to get through and have called in dozens of times. Nobody ever picks up it goes to a voicemail which wont let you leave a message due to the mailbox being full of messages. One time I got through and was told there was no record of them trying to get a referral from my primary and that I can still not be seen. Then I was put on hold for 20 minutes while she "looks into it" before being dumped back into voicemail box which still wont let you leave a message. Nobody has returned the call and 8 try's later I still cant get through. The only info I got was that I most likely will have to go back to my primary for a new referral and then be seen for a consult before they will do the tests my doctor ordered. Hopefully I'm not about to have a heart attack cause this doctor would certainly let me die! I have decided to share my story everywhere possible and just go check my self into the emergency room. Hopefully this practice doesn't let your loved ones die due to their negligence! FIND A DIFFRENT HEART DOCTOR. THIS GUYS OFFICE STAFF BLOWS!

Dr. Singh changed his mind on what course action I needed to take. When I asked him questions he didn't answer them and instead just explained things I didn't ask? He was pushy on his point of view. He was callous when delivering my diagnosis. Now, he is delaying treatment. Then there's the staff. I only went to two appointments. They rescheduled and cancelled my appointments four times. One of them was rescheduled for the weekend! I showed up and I wasn't on the roster! Just found out today that all this time, MAR to SEP they never got my new patient papers! I've been going in and they didn't have anything on me. They keep billing me for a bill I paid back in March, just got another letter today! I've already extensively talked to their billing department. Please, if you value your health and your mental sanity, DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!
Dr. Harshinder has a very thorough approach, is extremely intelligent, makes all efforts to diagnose and treat the issue.
If I were grading Dr Singh, I would leave a 5, however, a good deal of his staff caused a lower score. I would leave less if I could. I have asked to get a call back 3 times now so I could speak to Dr Singh about these issues, never happens. I told Jenea this week, I also told them I would make an appointment with Dr to address these issues. I am post OP and need a ekg, Jenea told me the best she can do it 2.5 weeks in temple terrace. She said because I am a new pt , I told her I was not a new pt and she knew that because I have spoke to her before trying to schedule an ablation, she knows now that I had to go to another MD due to insurance reasons, the EP that did my procedure said my cardiologist can do the ekg and just send him the info. I feel like dr Singh has no idea what his staff is saying and doing to his pts, he is so thorough and detailed. The EP seemed like he took 5 minutes to glance at my records, said my arrhythmias were different than what Singh said, conflicting.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
