The worst Doctors office I have ever dealt with! For starters no one answers the phone! I actually had to drive to the office to find out why my prescription had been allowed to lapse when I was up to date on my visits, I asked the lady at the front desk, theres a dozen of you back here why does no one answer the phone? And her snotty reply was “well which line did you call? I said ALL of them, too which she replied “well it’s ringing now” and even after going there they still did not refill my prescription, I’m on seizure meds! Not a great drug to go without! I had been seeing the nurse practitioner were there, and she left (I can imagine why) and they got a new one ..Jessica Albritton, she comes in my room and I say hello nice to meet you.. nothing ,she barely spoke the whole visit, looked stone face, I wanted to ask are you listening or what? Don’t waist your time, these people are awful

I recently visited Dr. Bitar clinic for my MS case. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and organized. Dr. Bitar demonstrated exceptional expertise, taking the time to understand my concerns and providing a comprehensive diagnosis. He recommended a top-notch treatment which helped me alleviate my symptoms.

After waiting an hour in the exam room he refused to do nerve testing on my hand because of certain parties involved.

I have been to Dr Bitar’s office twice and I am so very impressed with his wonderful staff and the thorough care I received there! For sure I will be going back and recommending this practice to all I know in the Brandon area!
