Terrible hospital. Dirty always understaffed. If you dont have an emergency go somewhere else.

Staff was very supportive I was nervous scared after being submitted by Ambulance. Staff made me feel relaxed my son called we have location tracker on our phones when the nurse came back in the Room she asked where was my phone because Rubin has called the hospital twice it was like she knew my son call him now. That was a plus. Not just concerned with me but communicating with my 16 year old. I was very surprised when I mentioned that my car was at the Urgent care she offered to call Uber for me. I was in good care that felt like I was really cared about. SINCERELY

My husband had a surgery today and all the staff was totally great.

Avoid the ER on 301 in Riverview. The average wait time is way off I know its an ER but if you are going to list one at least be close we never saw a doctor again I know its an ER but actually seeing one would have been helpful and were told for almost three hours after getting an xray we are waiting on the radiologist. Well maybe its time to hire more. I hear there is a shortage of medical workers going on.   The nurse gave us the news put a splint on which consisted of ace bandage and later cost $152 and sent us home. Later getting a bill of more than $2K for an xray and hearing we are waiting on the radiologist.  Go to St. Joes. Go to the UrgiCare. Go to a witch doctor just avoid Brandon Hospital.

1122021 7pm the two receptionist are rude inconsiderate and unprofessional. They act as if theyre being forced to work and hate it. These should not be the first people one meets upon entering the hospital. Their customer service is disgusting.

Procedure was delayed over 1 12 hours due to nurse not drawing enough blood for them to get accurate results to go ahead.

I was supposed to have assist walking. I would call nurse and 45 min later someone Might come. Floor was dirty. My was bed never straightened or changed. I was put in a room with a patient with NG tube who cried a lot first night. I had a stress test and when I came back to room after being gone from 9 am till 12 pm. I could not get any food. I finally at around 2 pm. When I finally got oven baked chicken nurse had left curtin open to patient in other bed. I saw her looking at my food. All of a sudden other patient launched herself across room to get food off my tray. She was able to get a piece of chicken. Nurse heard me scream and came in and tried to get the food but already eaten. It did not hurt me but did scare me. The nurse got her and was leading her out when she jumped across the bottom of my bed and grabbed more food. Then then moved Ina 96 yr old lady that said over and over.....Im dying.... irregardless of those incidents it was a terrible place to be. I woke up around12 or one with iv site leaking blood. Nurse did not want to change iv so said she fixed it. Woke up a few hrs later soaking wet. Iv was leaking iv fluid. Brought it something that would fins a vein. I had none so she took iv out. Thus ends the horrible stay in Brandon hospital.

Care and Professionals were wonderful....respectful patient and very professional. There was not one thing negative during my visit. I would highly encourage anyone to use this facility...a truly exceptional hospital.

Went with a very bad infection which required antibiotics. I was also in a lot of pain. I know that when they did my blood work . The doctor should have noticed my elevated lymphocytes. I believe due to me being a person of color I was not take seriously. Went to TGH and was diagnosed correctly and treated. With Brandon Hospital it can be hit or miss there. Be careful

Walk into Brandon regional hospital with with pain in my stomach pain .here comes a residents they have no doctor and ididnt see not even one telling me I need a cat scan for whatever reason I dont know I thought I needed an ultrasound my knowledge Waited 3 hours for a result can those came back negative so they ask for urine and they never showed up we are invisible in the hospital After 4 and a 12 hours I had to walk out hours and a 12 doubt I will not get no result no answer everything we waiting and waiting and waiting thats all I hear but meanwhile theyre drinking having the lunch or conversating and nobody says the word its a shame that the rest of the hospital hospital has better service oh and I forgot after I left at 438 oclock They call me 8pm to tell me that I forgot my prescription wow they never even gave me one and they never discharged me . I had walk out..
