The two ladies at the front desk Lizzette & Margaret are outstanding at what they do. No bad attitudes ever always smiles and positive attitudes. they're very good at making my son comfortable which in returns makes my visit alot smoother. They help when i have an issue with his scheduling , they go above and beyond every visit just to make sure my son is happy and settled. i would like to thank them for that and offer an idea of a raise for them both!!

I give it 5 stars , my front desk experience is always fast checking as well as accommodating . Also Lizzette makes us feel welcome every visit , we look forward to it !

The front desk ladies are absolutely wonderful! Ms. Lizzette and Ms. Margaret are so helpful getting schedules set (and rescheduled) and understanding with Doctor/paperwork hiccups. These two are welcoming and friendly the moment you walk in. They truly are for the parent and making sure all is well.

There is poor communication in the office. The staff from this location like to dump the work to the Tampa location. Keana is unprofessional lazy staff member.

I love this location! Everyone is welcoming from front desk to therapists. Wonderful with rescheduling when needed and making sure my child gets all his speech needs met!

I’ve been bringing my grandson here for a very long time and ms Natalie is by far the greatest. She shows compassion and makes him feel very comfortable even when he’s not so nice. Thanks for all your dedication and hard work ❤️

Susan is an amazing pediatric OT specialist. She has honestly given my husband and I more resources and information than his medical providers. Our son always enjoys his visits with her. So happy we found this location and they placed us with her!

I cannot say enough about this facility..The Therapists we have had the pleasure of knowing through our Granddaughter (of whom we have adopted), have been the utmost in all aspects.. She was non verbal up to a year ago and now actually talking! Her balance has improved so much that she hasn't become car sick in more than 6mos..She attends both Speech and Occupational Therapies. Everyone there are hard working dedicated and actually like their jobs and that is really what shows enough about the whole facility.. I'm grateful beyond words.. our grandbaby has Williams Syndtome, she is only 5yrs old, she was born with many struggles and with the help of many she is now really thriving! Although we have a large hurdle ahead of us.. I am truly confident that she will be ok in life and her struggles will be a little easier now.. I highly recommend this facility and All of the Kind most caring courteous staff here!! I was apprehensive at first visit but now very happy because my Granddaughter is happy. She actually asks," me go bye bye in car?" She wants to go even on the days she doesn't have to and the main thing I noticed is all the kids are happy there and wanting to go with each teacher! The Therapists actually greet each child at their appt time..They even reserve the last 5 min each visit to review what was worked on and what we can do to help at home.. Sincerely grateful, Grammie-mom 🙂
