Pretty sad. I got dismiss from the practice over a miss understanding. After years of going to women care. Sad they ready don’t care and don’t have forgiveness for things happen in life. We all miss appt and scan . Sad sad

I have been a patient of Dr. Arnold's for over a decade and love her professionalism, bedside manner, and pramatic approach to my care. I highly recommend Dr. Arnold for all OB and GYN needs.

I would not recommend Heidi Arnold.

I went to Dr. Arnold for an annual and it was a terrible experience. I would give it a 0, but that's not possible so I give it a 1. While she was doing the exam she had someone come in and observe the procedure without my permission. I understand the need for students to learn as I work in the medical field myself, but she did not introduce the student (I think it was a student, I'm not sure) to me OR ask for my permission to observe. It was a complete violation of my privacy. The whole process was also very painful and rushed. I've had a pap smear done with another provider that significantly was less painful and uncomfortable than this experience. Because of how uncomfortable this was, I did not get to ask the questions that I originally wanted to ask her in the room, so I collected myself and passed by her office on the way out. As she was in there, I respectfully asked her if I could ask her about my concerns and she rudely responded to them. I will not be going back to Dr. Arnold.

I have been seeing Dr. Arnold for many years. She is sn excellent doctor.

Dr Arnold and staff are caring, knowledgeable professionals. I received my annual and mammogram exams and highly recommend.

My appt was timely. Staff was courteous and informative. Office areas and examining rooms were very clean and organized. Dr. Armas was interested in my health concerns and responded to all my medical concerns. I give the Woman Health Center a 10 plus rating

If you're thinking about seeing her for perimenopause menopause, find another doctor. Her bedside manner is terrible. A lot of women who go through perimenopause are suffering greatly with all kinds of symptoms. Do not go to this doctor if you're looking for someone who actually listens and cares. At my last appointment, I sat in the exam room for almost a half hour and had to listen to her have a personal conversation with another staff member. She doesn't communicate well in explaining the medication she prescribes. If you're having problems with the hormone medication she prescribes, such as side effects, she will tell you it's not a side effect and you need to go to your PCP doctor. She doesn't have you come back in and try and work out the problems.
