THIS IS A 3RD WORLD CONTRY DOCTOR!! THEY LET ME WAIT FOR MY TREATMENT FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS, I HAD TO RUN AFTER THEM, NO ONE WILL ANSWER YOUR CALL, DO NOT STEP FOOT INTO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED IN A TIMELY MANNER!! (by timely manner i mean within 8 months).. I understand that sometimes theres a wait for incurence company to approve the medications, but the the way the places handled it was horrific and irresponsible, First of all no one answers your phone calls, you have to write a msg on the portal and wait till the someone decides that he has time to answer you. It might take 1 to 3 days depending on their mood. Second, i kept on following up and pushing them for the results of my colonoscopy, They didnt tell me anything over the phone, they gave me an appointment for 4 weeks later, only to tell me that i need to start treatment urgently... we wasted 4 week of time for nothing... Any stupid update or document that they need you to sign they will ask you to make an appointment for a month later and then provide it to you The point is that your treatment will start about 12 months after seeing your doctor for the first time. When i wrote to the doctor that im bleeding very badly if they can please rush up the process and start treatment, they allways respond " if you bleed to much just go to the emergency room to get a blood transfusion". That was for months and months!!! Dont think that it will be different for you, if you really care about your health then stay away from this place like fire!!!

I was in and out very quick, but I have experiencing a lot of lower belly pain. Im afraid something is wrong with me.
I was patient for 2years and my condition got worse over time. I barely seen doctor himself(unless it was a procedure). After 2years &many hospitals visits I am told they aren’t equipped to care for me
I haven't even seen the doctor yet, but the treatment I received from the front office staff was the worst, Kelly doesn't like her job or doesn't have any customer service skills, perhaps both. I went for an appointment on April 24 which by the way I had to wait for a couple of weeks from my initial call, Kelly asked me for a copay, I told her I've already reached my out of pocket for the year, and asked her to call my insurance to confirm, she refused to do it, so I offered to call myself and would pass her the phone but she refused to that too and simply wanted me reschedule the appointment as if I have nothing better to do. I've called numerous times not only to reschedule the appointment but also asked for an office Manager to voice my complain and every time I call I talked to Kelly or Ariana, who seems to be covering for Kelly. So far I haven't received a call from the office Manager, Kelly said to ne that the office Manager would call me when she has time. Doctor Nakshabendi I don't know if you are aware of the way your staff treats patients but they are a reflection if you and your practice. So dissapointing!!!
I didn't get to see him before or after surgery, just a nurse practioner who only read the report out loud to me but could answer no questions. I had to take the report to my primary to go over it with me. I was refused an appointment with him several times and finally gave up and changed doctors to one who would actually see me and explain to me what was going.
I was an established patient and was very happy. I turned 65 and when I showed up for my appointment with my new insurance they said they had to reschedule because they could not verify my insurance! Nothing in their texts and messages stated that new insurance required advance notification! I am now changing doctors as this is crazy! I waited over 2 weeks to get this appointment and they turned me away for a routine task that every other doctors office handles at the desk!
Staff made multiple errors in scheduling my procedure. Procedure was to occur at the TGH Healthplex in Brandon, however they scheduled the procedure at the Ambulatory Center by USF. I asked to reschedule the procedure for the Brandon Healthplex however the first available date was 11/3/22 which was inconvenient as I had no transportation. I told the staff member I needed to get the procedure done in October or I would find another doctor. She said she would cancel the 11/3 date and promptly hung up on me. Maybe she was doing me a favor. Terrible staff!!!!
I was hospitalized w/pancreatitis & assigned this practice. The CT showed something in the pancreas. The PA (I have never seen the doctor) wanted to wait until outpatient to order an MRI (family med ordered it). I was discharged w/follow up 3 weeks later. Despite severe pain & >12 calls to office w/no reply, I was told @follow up (after waiting an hour) it was life threatening, but another 3 weeks till they had an opening to fix it. Then blamed family med for them not doing it while I was in the hospital. But for family med we wouldn't even know what it was yet. PA kept talking about lowering my fat and cholesterol (which are very low already), & about what is happening w/the gall bladder I DON'T have. After I was out the door, they called me back to "do me a great favor" & get me scheduled sooner (@Tampa General, when I live in Wesley Chapel). Total incompetence.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
