I was seen at the beginning of may they never send the medication they prescribed to the pharmacy. I called several time I was told to go through thr portal wich that did not work. That firts appointment was 200.00 for absolute nothing. Whole month goes by, next appointment in June nothing again. I would not recommend this place

This stars are for the staff and ARPN Smith only, not the doctor. I had four visits at this doctor's office. The front office staff was very warm and friendly. My first visit with one of the doctors (Dr. Rahman) was a disappointment, he was extremely dismissive of my medical issue. Thankfully I was fortunate that my remaining 3 visits were with APRN Smith who was very knowledgeable, attentive, patient and compassionate. I never met with Dr. Nakshabendi, however APRN Smith was true blessing in the services provided. Thank you to the front office staff and APRN Smith for the services provided

I was in and out very quick, but I have experiencing a lot of lower belly pain. Im afraid something is wrong with me.

Dr.Ray has a great bedside manner and genuinely seems to care about his patients. Recently I needed an appointment with very short notice. The staff got us in the next day to see the PA Beth ( who was wonderful) along with Dr. Ray who spent some time with us . We were pleased with our visit .

My mother had an endoscopy and colonoscopy back in January, and as of today they have not given her clear results. She goes to talk to people and the office staff is beyond rude. They act as if you are a burden and kick people out of rooms rudely due to their mistakes. You call and no one answers then you go in person and they are all on their phones. Simply unacceptable

I haven't seen Doctor Nakshabandi yet but I already had the worst experience with the front staff. I went for an appointment on April 24 and Kelly told me I had a copay, I told her I've reached my out of pocket for the year and she could call my insurance to confirm, she refused to do it, then I said I'd call myself and will pass her the phone so she could verify that I had no copay due, she refused to that too and said she had to reschedule me. I've already had to wait a couple of weeks to get the appointment and didn't want to wait any longer since this is an urgent matter. I left and figured they'd call me to reschedule me once they confirmed with my insurance that no payment was due. I was wrong they never called but I called them two days in a roll and I spoke to Ariana and Kelly and asked to get an appointment and also to complain with the office Manager. I don't know if my messages have not been forwarded to the office Manager but according to Kelly she will call me when "she has the time". I don't know if Kelly hates her job or hates people, either one will not make her fit for the position she holds. There is only one chance for first impressions and sadly my first impression of Doctor Nakshabandi's staff was not the best, they are representing him and his practice. If this young lady doesn't like her job, I'm sure there are hundreds of people waiting to get her job. The front staff is dealing with patients and they should show more compassion, we as patients don't go to a doctor's office because all is fine and dandy.

IF I could post ZERO STARS, I would. This Doctor's Office does not even answer their phone at any time! You have to send them a message. I have sent them a message asking them to call me. I got a message back saying "What do you want?" What great concern for their patients right?! I first became a patient in 2019. I have had at least a dozen appointments and still have NEVER been able to have an appointment with the Doctor. I have only seen PA's or ARNP's. That would be fine if they did their job, but they don't. The turnover of the PA's, ARNP's and office staff is the worst I've ever seen! As a female, I have been addressed "Mr." in a message. That tells you a lot. They do not care about their patients. They do not call in your prescriptions like they say they will. They do not actually provide your medical records in the Patient Portal like they tell you. It is just blank information when you open it. This office is a complete joke!
