The place is very uncomfortable, and dirty,

Waited a month and a half for this appointment. Showed up and was told the doctor was on vacation for two weeks, then the story changed to I missed my appointment and it was a few days ago. I played a voicemail confirming the appointment was booked for today. As a sick person needing care this was a very difficult experience to go through.

The staff doesn't know how to make appointments for new patients.

I’ve had three prostate biopsies in my life. His was the most recent, and by FAR the worst! (After visiting his dirty, run-down exam room, it’s about what you’d expect). Do yourself a favor: Avoid this guy like the plague! There are plenty of good urologists in the area.

Very dirty examination rooms. Examination items just out on counter tops. No sterilization Staff friendly and Doctor is ok. But I don’t recommend this office.

The clinic and equipments are very dirty, i always waited longer than my appointment time, and the experience during my tests were very unpleasant. I had to do some unnecessary painful tests which the clinic had not disclosed that it won't be covered by my insurance and i had to pay $800 for those tests..

The Dr is very professional and caring. Explained tests in order to see if I need biopsy. I needed one and his nurse assistant was so kind and yes I did have a wait time but this Dr is trying to give the best care to all patients. I love his nurses and office staff very sweet and also will explain everything to you. I recommend

So far so good. I wish I had better news after my visit today and it's a scary road right now. However, I was impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the staff as well as of Dr. Rehman himself. He looked at a LOT of paperwork (about 80 pages) in a fairly short time and I know he digested it all because he remembered specific numbers, dates and symptoms as he explained what he's thinking, and he was thorough and did great explaining the way forward to me. Very methodical. I was one of two 8:30am appointments so they do double schedule them, but that is standard in the industry it seems. However, the staff took my paperwork on time and put me in a room 15 minutes later. Then one of them very carefully went over meds, medical history, etc and carefully entered all that in the computer while I sat there. Dr. Rehman came in about 9:10am and spent about half an hour with me. He explained things well, and gave me several opportunities for questions, which I happily took. He did not seem rushed, and made sure I had what was needed in knowledge and prescriptions. From experience, I know that specialists like him and surgeons in general (which he is) are super busy, and any more, one should be lucky to get so much of their time. So I was thankful he took the time and he really seemed to listen to my concerns--very rare these days it seems. So sure, if you are understandably a bit unhappy with the waiting, it is probably because he is explaining something serious to someone else and is taking the time, and he'll probably do the same with you as needed. I do recommend an early morning appointment. Bear in mind too, he has hospital patients and patients can have urgent things come up. I have at least two or three more visits, and can change the review if my opinion changes, but I was very comfortable and about as happy as anyone could be in seeing a urologist. I always look at reviews and take them into account with other things that make me choose a doctor. So, I see some reviews about people saying the doc closes his eyes while talking, and has a thick accent so he can be hard to understand. I want to address these. It's not that he doesn't speak English well...he is so fluent that he speaks at the normal pace and he uses necessary medical terms (like "cytoscopy") that are new to a lot of people like me, so I just asked him to repeat some things and I was fine (I'm also a bit hard of hearing)--and so was he. As for the closed eyes, to me he was clearly being thoughtful and trying to explain complicated stuff in a simple way--but in between sentences there is no lack of eye contact, and there was lots of empathy with no lack of compassion or desire to communicate. In fact, I got the opposite impressions and Dr. Rehman was very pleasant and helpful in every way. I wish they did a bit more with email and websites (like new patient forms and scheduling). However, Catch22....lots of medical offices use a patient portal nowadays and it's awful in most cases I've experienced, so I'm actually happy there is still some human interaction with Dr. Rehman's office. So as I started this with, so far, so good. I appeciate all that Dr. Rehman and his staff did for me today.

We were on vacation from out of state. Had to visit Urgent care twice for painful bathroom visits. The medication prescribed did not help. I searched online and found his clinic and made a walk in visit. His staff was able to get me in after a wait of only a few days. I had several conditions that were treated during our stay. True, he is hard to understand but very professional and helped me immensely.

Referred by my PCP for urinary issue….he diagnosed me with a prolapsed bladder…tried several treatments none of which worked but had me coming back to the office several times. I sought another opinion, upon examination, that doctor said..”oh, you’ve had the repair.” I replied “no”. She said…”then your bladder was never prolapsed. On a scale of 1 to 10 I’d give this doctor -500!!!!!!
