Jennifer Landy's Online Review Report Card

Had eyelid surgery. At, Follow up appointment in 8 days discussed removal of stitches. Dr Landy said the stitches would dissolve. She scheduled a FOUR WEEK follow up. A week later, I was at another doctor appointment who saw the stitches and said “you need to be seen! Those stitches don’t dissolve, call your doctor!” I got in to see Dr. Landy 20 days post surgery. The supposed dissolving stitches had been in too long leaving many suture scars. She then told me to order a cream that would help with scarring. $80 later, I learn from my dermatologist that the cream had an SPF included that should never go on eyes! Portal information confirmed that sutures don’t dissolve! Please find another doctor!

She didn’t spend much time with me at pre op, and when I got to the surgery center, they contradicted all my pre op instructions. I left and did not have the procedure. Dr. Landy did zero follow up.

I went to her for 3 different styes to be removed. She would finish the procedure and leave the room without after care instructions. Last time she did an incision outside the lid, leaving a scar. Would not recommend, she probably has the knowledge but the empathy is not there at all.

Please keep yourself away from this place, my daughter has big scars on her eye lids, this doctor is lack of empathy, she doesn’t care about patients

My daughter went for a procedure for styes on her eyes, and Jennifer Landy was unprofessional, she knew what she was doing, but she lacked the care for her patients; she just cared about the money, she did the procedure, and she didn't even advise next steps, now my daughter has big scars on her eyes. this human has cero empathy, I believe she's empty inside, you can make a procedure without anesthesia to someone without even ask how you feel.

Dr. Jennifer Landy performed my eye lid surgery on June 9th and did an exceptional job. Her entire staff at Brandon Surgery Center were also exceptional. I am very impressed by my entire experience and very pleased with the outcome of my surgery which was quite tricky in my opinion. Dr. Landy is the type of doctor who truly cares about her patients. She is driven, honest, experienced and highly organized. SHE takes the time needed to do the best for her patients! If you are currently looking for the right doctor to perform your eyelid surgery, look no more, Dr. Landy is the best. I'm blessed to have found her.

Terrible doctor. This woman lacks empathy and has horrible bedside care. Went in for a simple stye removal surgery. At pre-op she told me my incision would be internal and not external which is the only reason I agreed to The surgery. I even asked her assistant to confirm that it would be an internal incision to which she said yes. Come to day of surgery laying on table numb, I felt paranoid about this doctor because she rushes everything so thankgod I asked her once again if this surgery would be internal or external and while laying on table she tells me she’s gonna have to make an external incision to which I told her I do not want the surgery then. And so she makes an internal incision knowing it wouldn’t remove my stye and tells me that it didn’t do anything for it. Leaving me crying. And now I have to recover and heal from this surgery for NO REASON. I am still going to have a stye after recovery and have to find a new doctor. I am truly traumatized from my experience with her

I want to have a simple I left it by Dr. Landy. She made two incisions ABOVE my eyebrows And inform me if I wanted to get rid of the incisions I could come to her office at four dollars a visit so she could laser the scars away. Four years later I still have the scars. Please do your research find another doctor

Hi!! Dr. Landy was an incredible surgeon for me and one that I would highly recommend!! I had an upper eyelid ptosis surgery on my left eye lid and booyy was I freakin' nervous.. I was worried about how I was going to look afterwards and then came here and other sites and saw negative reviews for Dr. Landy and it's not fair at all to her! She did great and I HIGHLY recommend her as I have had 8 surgeries in thr past 3 years so I'm a bit of a pro. Unfortunately it's easier for Americans to leave a negative review rather than a positive one so please allow me to set the record straight. Dr. Landy does GREAT work and has the most wonderful staff available in the area and I felt like I was at a resort through the whole process as far as customer service was concerned. Have no fear! She did great and she did such a great job in fact that I am going to have the other eyelid done too! #EntrepreneurJoe

Dr Landy has done such a wonderful job repairing my eyelids and balancing my frustratingly asymmetrical eyes that I can’t believe it each time I look in a mirror. Putting makeup on is so much easier and now it stays on. She totally listened to me, patiently answered questions and was very clear on what the outcome would be. I highly recommend her.
