I love how much this Dr. Actually takes care of your needs and really wants to figure out what is happening to you. I just wish he wasn't a walk in clinic and the wait times weren't what they are. I wish he had another person in there to handle the small stuff and then he handle the bigger stuff. They have always treated me so well there, but I have to miss a half if not an entire days work to go there. Love the staff and Doctor so much but just wish they could work on those wait times, they are horrible.

been waiting a week just for a vital prescription call in, receptionists and nurse are very, very rude, will be changing doctors, they do not know how to treat A CUSTOMER, dr is smart, everyone else has a very bad attitude unless you are trying to pay

Most Rude and unprofessional staff ever. They act like its a privilege to visit the doc when i am actually a customer. This office filthy and stained everywhere!!!! Seeking a new office, Docs are expensive. Customer service is vital when customer is paying lots and depending on you medically. These office ladies are very mean and the non sterilized office theme is scary.

not sure why a nurse here just yelled at me but it is unacceptable and rude, been waiting on a prescription that i need to survive. been calling daily for a week. nurse just yelled at me for not being patient. never been so insulted, the doctor is smart but i need a staff that is caring and professional.

I went there for a couple of years and got tired of it. The pros is that they draw blood onsite for your labs and also do xrays and such. The cons is the wait time. The first time I went I waited for about 45 minutes and I didn't mind since the doctor did a thorough job. However everytime after that the wait time kept getting longer and longer even though I always had appointments. The very last time I went my appointments was at 12. I left work at 11 to be there on time. I was asked to wait outside in the car and i was there until 5 PM!! I got tired and left, i had also skipped lunch in order to be there on time so I had a headache by that time. They called me 30 minutes after saying that I could come in now. Needless to say I never went back.
