Jill Hechtman's Online Review Report Card

Good her name and medical malpractice. She killed a 29 year old mother. My delivery was horrible and it has taken SIX years to get pregnant again. She rushed my delivery, yanked my placenta from my body before it was ready. I have never in my life felt pain like i did that day. She caused a massive bleed and the nurses were panicking. She ran out of the room and refused to come back in. Nurses saved my life that day. Found out my uterus is severely scared from where she ripped my placenta out. Ive had to endure painful months of fertility treatment that failed. Years of anguish. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Do not go to her. Please learn from me and the woman she killed. When I was passing Soft ball sized clots after birth she told me "Youre fine". I was not fine. She does not listen. PLEASE do not go unless you want to risk your life or your babies.

Dr Hechtman delivered our baby boy at St Mary’s and was fantastic! Professional, supportive, compassionate, and listened to our every concern and question. Such an amazing doctor! We’re so blessed to have had such a positive birth experience!

Never met her until the day the day I had my son. She Made a comment about my weight saying “ I don’t want my staff to hurt their backs trying to lift you!” While I was in labor. She broke my water and I felt like I didn’t get to have a chance to have a natural birth because she said I was taking to long. I just felt like she was annoyed to be their.. I feel like if you act that way to your patients when find a new career! ...,, oh and office was dirty but the staff is nice maybe because she’s never there! Who knows!

I made my appointment with Dr. Hechtman because I wanted a female. I chose Dr. Hechtman because I wanted a female doctor and I wanted someone who I would see each time I needed to go in. I recently lost my long time gynecologist so I was looking for someone whom I could count on. I even verified, twice, that Dr. Hechtman would be the person doing my examination. Imagine my surprise when a young man, not much older than my grandson, walked into the room. He was very kind and professional but I didn't get the care that I needed because I was not comfortable. Gynecology exams are the most personal a woman has to go through. We should not have to be uncomfortable, going through this. I am not searching for another gynecologist because I will not be able to trust this office or doctor again. They were dishonest with me once, I won't give them that opportunity a second time.

Worst doctor I’ve ever been to in my life. Typical Medicaid scammer.

i do NOT recommend seeing this doctor OR atheist practice. i was induced and she happened to be the doctor that was on call and i didn’t think about reading any reviews on her and if i did i wouldn’t of let her touch me. she ended up lacering my cervix causing me to hemorrhage. i had to be rushed to the OR immediately and then the next day when she came to check on me she was extremely rude and acted like i was wasting her time.

Horrible experience!!! I had never even seen Jill Hetchman prior to the delivery of my child, but unfortunatly she was on call when my induction date was set. She was rude to me and made me feel terrible! She let me tear end to end, stitched me up and was gone. I didn't see her agin until the next morning when she popped her head in and asked me of unwanted tongi home. I could hardly move in the bed let alone get out of it without my husband pretty much having to carry me. Wish I would've read the reviews prior. Sounds like she has no idea what she's doing and I thabknGod my baby made it into this world healthy and safe.

Jill Hetchman recently delivered my baby and I can honestly say if it wasn't for the nurses at St. Joseph's Womens, I wouldn't have been able to handle it. She made me feel terrible! She was put out that my nurse called her in to deliver the baby and I wasn't far enough along. It interrupted her time in the lounge. She made the comment... "If this is all she's got, I'm not impressed. This is gonna be a while." I ended up with a tear that she claimed was a 2, but when I finally got up the nerve to check days later l, realized I had stitches end to end. I was in so much pain, I couldn't get out of bed or even move around in the bed. After my baby was born I never saw her again until she popped her head in my room the next morning to ask me if I wanted to go home. She didn't look me over or anything. She then wrote me a prescription that I couldn't even get filled because the pharmacy couldn't make out what she had written. She was a complete nightmare!
