Always excellent! Dr. Ramirez always listens to me. She take the time needed. Goes over everything in a way I can understand. She is a fantastic doctor. I am no blessed to be her patient. The nurses, the phlebotomist, Diana & Hector are also great! The receptionists are always kind and friendly. I love this practice. My husband who comes with me, actually changed his insurance plan so he could come to this practice too.

This doctor is very thorough. Sometimes a longer wait in the room. I understand the reasons for this. She takes longer with each patient, whatever is needed, than most doctors that allow themselves to be pushed by the clock.

There are doctors, then they are care givers, those doctors who go above and beyond for their patients. This is who Dr. Ramirez exemplifies. Dr. Ramirez followed up with me immediately after my discharge from the hospital. Dr. Ramirez is a professional at all levels. My appointments with her always go well. She is thorough at explaining procedures, the need for a prescription, or how to prepare for medical treatments. She is easy to talk to when I have a concern or have questions.
