List of Jon N. Burton's Reviews
A very personable doctor; very gentle.
In 2013, when Dr. Burton was a fellow at UC Davis, he performed a Sjogren’s biopsy of my salivary gland. Following the procedure, my pain was severe. My pleas for help were ignored. Dr. Burton did not respond to my complaints in a timely manner and by the time he saw me, that nerve damage was irreversible. It is now 2019 and I still have continual nerve pain in my lip. This has ruined my life, making it impossible for me to have meals with friends because it is so hard to eat and talk. I do not recommend Dr. Burton and I write this review so others may know of my experience with him.
This doctor performed a Sjogren's biopsy of my salivary gland in 2013. It is now 2017 and I suffer from agonizing lip pain that prevents me from talking or eating. Dr. Burton ruined my life and that left the state and I have not heard from him since. He should have a big fat black mark on his medical record. All I can say is stay away from this doctor.
Excellent Doctor I was very blessed to have him take care of my problem. I was brought to the ER then transferred to ICU for having problems breathing. He performed surgery removing a polyp on my vocal cords with excellent results. He is a caring doctor and great bedside manners.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
