I went In Person and Elani told me to come back after 1pm and my daughter will be seen. Came back and Sonya said they was no more appointments available. Also my mother was there and Sonya told me that I had to be there and grandma couldn’t. I offered to go there and meet my mother in 5 min and she then said there was no more appointments available. kept telling me to go to urgent care. Very rude and not helpful. Doctor Montane is amazing but the office staff is incompetent and lack knowledge because they tell you one thing and when you show upturn you away and make you go to urgent care.

El Dr. Montane tiene poco tacto y un trato rudo en su consulta. Es una tristeza que un pediatra actúe de esa manera frente a un menor enfermo con una enfermedad crónica. Ayer recibí una carta de su consultorio diciendo que no atiende más a mis hijos, alegando una diferencia de criterios en unas exámenes médicos, lo cual no es cierto. Quiero aclarar que no hubo problemas de comunicación por el Idioma, ya que el doctor habla español perfectamente y esa fue la principal razón por la que lo escogimos como pediatra de nuestros 2 hijos hace más de un año. Si tiene un mal día doctor Montane, su paciente no tiene porque pagarlo. La decencia está por encima de cualquier título universitario.

All of my children have been with his office since they were born. They are now 20, 17, 16, 9 & 3. His office has always taken exceptionally great care of the ones I love most. Hats off to you & your staff Dr. Montane.

Dr. Montane has been around for almost 30 years. He is a very good doctor. My son went to him and now my granddaughter goes to him. His personality has changed, he is very quite now. When we first started going to him he was a lot friendlier. Maybe he is getting ready for retirement.

Dr. Montane is a very personable physician. My son is now 13 and Dr. M was the attending physician at his birth. I am so thankful to have a pediatrician that has been so kind and attentive to my child. At this age, when we only have seen him for illness or check ups, its like seeing an old friend. My husband has always felt comfortable with him and to this day Dr M remembers conversations we've had years ago. He always ask about my family, Anyone would be lucky to have him for a doctor!
