Horrible experience with staff made a appointment 4 months ago and had confirmed they accepted my insurance drove over 103 miles the day of appointment arrived only to be told they no longer accept my insurance as of 1 week ago and no one called or notified me of this change careless and unprofessional do not schedule a appointment with this medical group

When I called to schedule a new patient appointment, I was told that my insurance was accepted. Yesterday morning I arrived for my appointment. The young lady at the desk asked for my ID and insurance card. It was then she told me that the office did not take my insurance!! That if I want I can pay 300 dollars,the day before they call to confirm appt and they didn't say anything about it,very disappointed I drove 1 hour for this, someone has to do something about it because this is not fear for people on pain.

Even though she had a professional demeanor, I felt that it was very unprofessional to tell me that my insurance was accepted in the first place. (She was not the one who scheduled the appointment) Not to mention the time I took off from work. I am sure that the doctor is very good; however, he needs to be more careful in selecting his scheduling staff.

I'm a 911 survivor, I've seen 42 doctors in 10 years. Not only if Doctors Medina a great doctor. I'm pain free after each procedure

I have had 3 injections in the last 6 months, and all have helped. The best part is the way he does it. I used to have to get put under, but now I'm awake. He is precise and gentle. I recommend him to everyone.

I have left this practice because Dr. Sanchez is never there. He has a god complex and he's rude. No bedside manner.

HAY UNA MUCHACHA DEL STAFF Y siempre me tratabcomonsi yo fuera un leproso siempre repunandome y te chantajea si tu no sedes a lonque ella demanda te sale con que te iba ayudar pero ahora no me da la gana.Les cuento que cuando mi mamá murió es stuve en el.parking 40 nervioso no me atrevía a entrar para pedirle el favor.MAS QYIERO DEJAR CLARO QUE EL DOCTOR Medina es el mejor y con su ayuda e mejorado un montón todo va bien pero pasa lo mismo su STAFF Y solo una chica la más joven la oficina de Winter heaven lo que más duele es que juegue con que si ella no le da la gana no tienes tu cita lo que pasa es que ella no sabe lo que uno sufre cuando te faltan los medicamentos.DR usted es el mejor te amamos.
