This past Tuesday I called the clinic to let them know they had scheduled my next appointment many days later than when my prescription was to run out & to ask for advice. This is the 2nd month in a row the front office staff has done this! In November they did the same thing but luckily after many calls they told me I could be seen last minute so there was no lapses in my medication. When checking out in November & they scheduled me out too far again, I brought it to their attention. They responded very bluntly, “well that’s all we have open. I’m sure they’ll get your meds to you “ I have ankylosising spondylitis, a very painful autoimmune disease. I have always made every appointment, consulted with a psychologist, and always pass my urine samples! There was no reason to be treated this way. When I called last week, Tuesday Wednesday & Friday I was told there was nothing to be done. I’d just have to go without. I just got over 3 weeks of Covid & was denied my medication & now I’m

I’m doing 3 stars because I absolutely can’t stand the customer service line!!!! Can’t understand some and they are nosey as hell about personal things that have absolutely nothing to do with scheduling. Now outside of that I love the Brandon office. Love Chris and his accent. Dr Medina is cool ooh and Stephanie is sweet.And the ladies in the office are fun..

Dr. Jose Medina Sanchez and nurse practitioner Christopher gate the two best position out there that actually listens and helps their patients also they see the patient not just another number. They treat you like family and should you take a person and they are great doctors. I would recommend them to anyone out there that is suffering from any type of chronic pain.
