Worst place in the world Money grabbers, 225 missed appointment fee with no warning, said it was only 50 dollars, rude staff.

Drab personality, he assumed I was drug seeking like most doctors do, didn’t act like he was interested in helping me. Requires bloodwork and EKG and then said he was not going to prescribe me the medicine that I’ve been on for years. He’s afraid I’m gonna abuse it and I have zero history of it. He thinks everyone’s a drug seeker

I had been seeing Dr. Taylor for several months and was initially satisfied with his services. However, he was consistently late for every appointment. It was frustrating to sit in the waiting room for an extra 20-30 minutes each time, especially since I had to take time off work to attend these sessions. When I finally mustered the courage to express my displeasure about this to Dr. Taylor, he immediately became defensive and dismissive. He seemed more interested in making excuses for his lateness than in addressing my concerns. I felt belittled and unheard, and it was clear that my feedback was not welcome. To my shock, Dr. Taylor dropped me as a patient via certified letter shortly thereafter. I was left without any explanation or support during a vulnerable time in my life. It's clear that he values his own convenience over the well-being of his patients, and I would strongly advise anyone considering his services to look elsewhere.

Dr.Taylor doesn't even deserve a 1 star!! He is a PIG! Period.

He is very rude and the medication combo that he prescribed me caused hallucinations. Be carful

In fairness, Dr. Taylor is a likable person and professional. However, the staff is utterly incompetent. I was scheduled for an appointment at 10:00 am. I checked in for the telemed appointment at 9:45 and paid my copay. They advised they were "running behind" in appointments but to check for an email between 10:30 and 11:00. I checked my email around 10:45, clicked the link and waited in the "virtual waiting room". After about 20 minutes, I called to make sure they knew I was in the room. The secretary told me that Dr. Taylor had sent two or three emails and that because I had not responded, it was now considered a missed appointment. I HAD CALLED TO CHECK IN EARLY (9:45). THEY were running late. THEY TOOK MY MONEY and then REFUSED to see me. Needless to say, I found another provider and I am happy to say they are a breath of fresh air. Steer clear of this practice (at least until they get new staff in the front office.)

I’ve only seen one other doctor worse than him in my entire life. Blatantly ignored my child when she complained about side effects and actually tried to DOUBLE her dose. Filing a complaint with Tricare about how awful he is.

I got fired from his care via a shady letter that he sent to my house because of failure to "complete the required EKG and all blood work including A1C and B-12 level." I spent 55 dollars through a copay and 2 hours at a cardiologist office to get an EKG and the cardiologist look at me confused because he wasn't even sure why the psychiatrist wanted me (a 30 year old with no preexisting heart conditions) to get an EKG. Despite doing the labs and EKG, he fired me because his office never recieved the information from the cardiologist office or my PCP for a lab. They didn't call me once to tell me that they have yet to recieve the labs I performed. They instead sent a shady letter to my house to fire me. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any health care office. Do not go here and waste your time and money.

Do not waste your time at this office. He will "fire" you if he does not feel like you have not satisfied his demands. I got the required EKG, did blood work and requested that they fax a release to my primary care physician to get my A1C I had just got (FYI he will want a full work up on blood work and an EKG despite not having any past history of heart conditions. have fun visiting a bunch of doc offices during the pandemic). Instead of the office staff calling me to see why they have yet to recieve the labs and ekg that were already done, Dr. Taylor's office was super shady, called me to cancel my next appointment with no explanation and then sent me a letter on the same day which detailed that Dr. Taylor was releasing me from his care (aka firing me). The guy has mental problems himself. He will not prescribe you refills on any of your meds. You will pretty much be on your last pill on the day you come to your next appointment.
