It’s so frustrating to get an appointment over the phone , if I miss there call back sequence you can’t call back you have to make the line and be on hold all over again! I wish they can change that option!!

She is one of the only ones I take my children to see. She is always very friendly and willing to answer any questions I have without rushing me out of the office. For her it is about the health of my children and I appreciate that!

I love Dr. Wilcatt, she is very nice and takes the time to listen to the patient/parent. I've been taking my triplets there for 3 years and am very satisfied. Also, Ms. Erica gave my son a flu shoot on his arm and he didn't feel a thing. She is awesome. Lastly, Terry, Nurse Practicioner is very nice, talks to the patients and ask them questions about school, sports, etc. creating a sense of comfort and trust.
