If I could give a 0 rating I would have… I called as a potential new patient for my child and spoke with “Sonja” when I asked her a question and could understand her response I asked her to repeat it and she got disgusted and extremely rude.. she refused to answer my questions, refused to let me speak to anyone else, refused to let me speak to a manager and then proceeded to tell me that “they don’t want me in their practice” and hung up on me.. Pretty sad that a PEDIATRIC office has people that act this way.. I will gladly take my business else where…

My son has been going here since he was a newborn. I love this place. Everyone is super nice, and always remind when there is an appointment. My daughter who is 2 goes here too and she loves it. A++

I have been bringing my children here for 13 years. They always seem to have available appointments and make us feel like family when we come in. My kids feel very safe and comfortable with the nurses and Drs. I highly recommend this office.

Took my granddaughter to see the ARNP Lara in Jan. She was very caring, listened to my concerns and I feel she will be able to help find why my little one has been feeling so bad for months now. The staff is great from the asst. nurse and office. ----Now in April this is my update to report my granddaughter is feeling wonderful thanks to the help from this ARNP.

Desde que nacieron mis 3 hijos hasta el dia de hoy.. ya han pasado 18 años y jamas jamas los dejaria. ... son extrasupermega Buenos y un personal amiable y apesar que no hablo muy bien el ingles.. el taro es excelente.verdaderamente mis hijos han estado y estan muy bien atendidis por todos los medicos.

My son was born in 2017. Of course we needed to find a pediatric doctor... We look up reviews and this particular office had great reviews. So we choose it. We were initially impressed. Dr Rebecca was extremely sweet and gentle with our baby. In just the last four months they have gone down hill. We took our baby in to see the doctor a couple of times and they said "it's viral" ended up going to another doctor and it was an infection that could be treated with antibiotics. The last three maybe four times I had questions and some of the nurses were very snippy. On THREE different occasions we called after hours and it took two days to get a phone call back and this last time I am still waiting and that is why I am writing this (In the mean time we have already been to the ER), BUT that is not the point. I don't know if it is the staff not relaying messages or the on call doctors being negligent, but we will not be returning. They do get you in and out, but it is because they rush to look at your child and they rush your questions.

The receptionist at the front desk (Mrs. Aracelis) always makes us feel like family and recognizes all of the children and is exceptionally sweet.
