I waited over an hour for a job drug screening. Someone even ran in and skipped me completely. Mind you, I am holding my urine back all this time. I will never use this place for medical reasons.

This was the second time I went to this location for my pre-op lab work. Love the hospitality of the staff and doctor (Darrell & Fred). Labs are a little pricey but I couldn’t find any other place close to home.

Courtney and Darryl and front desk staff was outstanding! Healthcare bedside manner in general has declined, and I truly felt that each of the staff members cared about me, and were extremely sweet! Thank u all!! If I need healthcare in the future, Ill be back! ❤️

Quick and easy from start to finish. Elvis called us to let us know when to be there and once we arrived immediately checked us in. The ARNP Vanderbilt came into room quickly and efficiently diagnosed and treated issue. Very glad to have found this place, we were taken care of in less than 20 minutes! Amazing service and staff!!

MA Amber is amazing! Every time I go there she’s so kind. I go there for myself and also take my daughters and she makes them laugh and makes the overall experience so much better. We don’t even go to our primary doctor, I always come here instead. All providers are sooo nice. I’ve never had any problem and they always go above and beyond. The front desk agents are also so kind. I used to live 5 mins away from there and I just moved to Ruskin so I’m a bit sad because it’s hard to find a place where you’re comfortable. Wait time is so short too! I just love this place. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Good job everyone!!!
