The worst and most painful experience I have ever had! The provider did an incision and drainage too high, which lead to inflammation, horrible scar tissue formation and unnecessary pain for DAYS that had to be treated elsewhere. Not to mention the unprofessionalism I witnessed with MA on staff in person. Better off going somewhere else before getting butchered like I was due to the lack of experience.

Check in on line was very easy. Made an appointment went in was seen quickly all staff was professional and friendly. Great option for weekend urgencies. Not crowded on Saturday morning. Very nice experience. Thanks

RUN! They like to take you're money and then send you to advent health across the street where you spend MORE money, the nurse told us that they have been doing that lately and we were not the only ones they have done that too! Why are they even open if they aren't going to help anyone? GO TO A DIFFERENT URGENT CARE!

I'm not sure if the reddish haired intake /CNA is going through menopause or just overall nasty. It's Sunday absolutely no patients in the waiting room pretty decent setting. But sitting in the waiting room listening to this staffer bark out commands to a patient is 💯 unacceptable and unprofessional. She is too rude to even provide 1 damn star. In this economy if you're that miserable with your job My MD Now intake/CNA stay home. No one deserves your nasty attitude 😒. Its uncalled for. Please not reviews can make or break a business especially with the rise in use of telehealth and AI. Stay your nasty unprofessional self at the house until you can treat patients/ individuals with respect and kindness.
