MIguel Mazariegos's Online Review Report Card

I've been going to Dr. Mazariegos since I moved to Tampa 19 years ago. He is very knowledgeable , patient, kind and listens without being judgmental. The office staff gives excellent customer service as well. He's a great Doctor.

This office is fantastic they listen and they care. Appointments are easy Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Marzo 9 2022 tuve mi primera cita con el doctor Miguel M. a mi me gusto que me permitió hablar de todos mis problemas donde le ise mi presentación el escucho todo me agrado que el me escuchara y me contesto todas mis preguntas me gusta el lugar limpio y con mucho olor agradable espero quedarme mucho tiempo dependiendo de los dias que lo valla conociendo y vea resultado me gustan estar en un solo lugar por mucho tiempo y ya veremos en el transcurso que pasará por el momento me agrado no se mañana las chicas de la la recepción fueron atenta no tuve queja espero que este Doctor de cabecera sea el que todo paciente de sea tener amable y sobre todo profesional el tiempo me dirá si valió o no la pena sino buscaré el adecuado para mi pero ayer me sentí bien espero que asi sea de ahora en adelante

Dr Mazariegos has been our primary family care physician for 10+ years . He is a very kind, knowledgeable and up to date with the latest treatments. Dr Mazariegos and Staff truly care and listen to their patients . Fantastic Staff and amazing Doctor !!

Dr. Mazariegos and his team are awesome! The office is responsive, professional and flexible. Dr. Mazariegos is absolutely a rock star. He truly cares about his patients. We are so grateful for such high level of care and coordination in care from this group for our mother.

Dr. Mazariegos is THE kindest doctor I have ever been to. I feel listened to and understood, and I never feel rushed. You can tell he really cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone.

HORRIBLE OFFICE !!!! I would not recommend, I’d give 0 stars if I could. I was out of work for and entire month on FMLA! The doctor office had 15 days to submit my medical information to my employer before my whole case was DENIED!!! I spoke with a rude receptionist there named SHERRY and my employer did as well who confirmed the doctor would submit a W-9 form so my FMLA paperwork could get filled out ! 1 month later the doctor office didn’t send anything SO ME AND SHERRY HAD A VERBAL AGREEMENT that I would pay the $30 based of them submitting the W9 to my employer!!! Now she advised the doctor will not provide my reimbursement or submit the W9 form. CROOKS!! My employer has a date and time where they spoke directly to the doctor advising this is what they need now the whole doctor office is acting like the conversation never happened! Small private doctor office so I’ll will be escalating and reporting this incident to the health department I’d hate for it to happen to anybody else the $30 isn’t the issue it’s the principle and the long drawn out process and lying I cannot stand !

I have successfully avoided going to doctors for several years. Eventually I did have to seek medical advice and chose Dr. Mazariegos. As stated, I am not a fan of doctors in the first place. However, I have been pleasantly surprised by Dr. Mazariegos. He diagnosed my condition, prescribed the correct medicine and I noticed an immediate improvement. He is not judgmental but listens to his patients. His staff is excellent and his physicians assistant, Mildred, is fantastic! If you are looking for a new general physician or family practice, I would highly recommend this practice.

I've been a patient of Dr. Mazariegos for many years and can't say enough about how amazing he is. The office staff are friendly, caring and compassionate. They are always willing to work with you on scheduling and great about calling back. Dr. Mazariegos is the most caring person and doctor who truly listens to his patients and never dismisses any concerns you have. Yes, he is sometimes running late but I understand because he spends as much time with me in the room during my appointment as I need to ensure my questions are answered, so I know he is showing his other patients the same respect. Deal with the wait because he is absolutely worth it. Not only is he a doctor, he is a human who shows his compassion each and every time you walk in his door. I highly recommend this practice to anyone!

Dr. Mazariegos provides me most exceptional and compassionate care. He has been my physician for years. To bad that I moved and I would have to see someone else.
