The receptionist lady who checks people in and out is rude and seems annoyed she has to stop scrolling on her phone to deal with patients walking in or checking out. The doctor seems nice so far but I can do without the attitude of the two staff ladies I dealt with last visit. The check in lady had a condescending tone and impatient with my 7 year old. And for the rude front desk lady, If you sit at a desk all day, it can't be that hard to smile and atleast pretend to not be miserable. (The blank rude stare when visiting a pediatrics office is unsettling.)I was rushed away during checkout, "yah,yah,yah your referral will call you. Then I was called 20 minutes later saying I left without paperwork I needed. I had to turn around and go back to get it. Your job is to answer phones and pass along paperwork, can't even do that right and give me a nasty attitude, unreal.

Staff is rude on the phone can never see sick children within a decent timeframe everything is always a week out, switched pediatricians today after my son being sick for a week and then not being able to see him all week.
