Was not listen to me when I asked questions and he became rude and talked down to me

I am a new patient and Dr Gomez listened to me and ordered appropriate tests. When one finding was questionable he discussed it with me and ordered the nest test to narrow down the findings. All good medicine. All of the staff were pleasant.

I was referred to Dr. Gomez, by my GP Dr. Nasreen, she said I had broncittis, and alergys. I believed I was going there for those conditions I was told I will be talking with NP pregila, she said. "Your Dr. sent you here for sleep apnea", I replied with WHAT? I said" where did Dr. Nasreen come up with that?" I Then said.," I do not have sleep apnea." Matter of fact I sleep quit well, then I said, "I'm like many people I have a bad night ever once in awhile." She said," Oh you have it quite often? I repleted it again. No. She kept changing my words. Then she said, I will send Dr. Gomez , I put his name, right then and there on my notes on my phone. I even ask prejila how to spell his name. After a lengthy time, Dr. Came to the Door With NP Prejila( I assuming it was Dr. Gomez who I had never met) I looked Dr.gomez up on the internet and found his picture it was not Dr.Gomez it was Dr. Powell. He said how can I help you, he did not introduce himself, I said I want to leave, I was sent here under false pretences. He would not even listen to what I was saying, he just said this isn't a jail so go ahead leave, I was stunded. He was so Very rude.

Did not answer well. Was rude and disrespectful.

I had a sleep study on Sept. 25 th and later diagnosed with sleep apnea..but the office of Dr. Gomez hasn't scheduled or ordered my Cpap machine.....now it all makes sense why this office has so many complaints. Smh!!

I've been seeing Dr. Gomez for a couple of years to treat my Asthma. He is personable, experienced and thorough. I appreciate that he is forthright about my condition and Since I've been seeing him my symptoms have lessened considerably. highly recommend!

How can I give a good review when for the last 7 days I have been calling this office 6 or 7 times a day and no one answers the phone; in the message they ask you to leave a phone # and they will call you back within 24 hours and never received a call , to make an appointment I had to pay someone to take me to that office and the lady over told me she was going to let the manager know about that, the issue is not been resolved; the Dr is great but with this situation how he is going to keep his business.

How can I make an appointment with Dr Gomez if no one answers the phone ? I saw him at the hospital and he is great that’s why I want to see him again, but no way to make an appointment

I really like Dr. Gomez. He explains things, answers questions and made me feel as though he cared about me and my health. My husband accompanied me to my appointment and liked him also. Staff is very friendly and extra helpful!

This was my second appointment with Dr Gomez. I had seen him a year ago for sleep apnea. When I went in there he wanted to know if I had stop smoking I said no and please do not lecture me as I was billed for the lecture the last time. He said oh but you can spend the money on cigarettes. What are you here for? I said I did not know he had scheduled me an appointment. He closed my file said follow me I am not wasting my time with you and escorted me out of his office.
