List of Nicolas Colorado's Reviews
Dr Colorado is very professional and helpful with what ever skin problem you may have definitely recommend this place
Way back when he was an OBGYN the delivery went fine but after I had my baby he refused to prescribe any birth control. He said just use a condom for 6 months and then see me. So I got a new doctor.
He was horrible. I was 9 months pregnant and developed preeclampsia. He sent me home on bed rest. It was a Friday that Monday I thought I was going into labor went to the hospital and they told me my daughter was dead. He then proceeded to ask me if I stayed in bed like it was somehow my fault when he could have left me in the hospital. This was in 2001. I was pregnant in 2003 when I wanted my medical records they said I had to have a dr request. I moved out of state and they wouldnt send when them to the requesting physician. I should have sued.
Professional, honest, hospitable, extremely knowledgeable.
Just the other day my mother had an appointment with Nicholas Colorado due to a burn on her face from the reaction of a medication he had originally prescribed. Yes I know there are side effects, but she is allergic to a lot of ointments and has trouble finding something that is okay with her skin to heal wounds. She went in and he was VERY rude to her. He also rushed the appt and did not listen. He left her in tears after. I've seen him before and he was also rude to me. Will never go back.
Did not bother to look at my face under a magnifying mirror with light, and I specifically complained about bumps on my face as well as told him I had a family history of melanoma.
Caring, Thorough, and conservative in his approach to treatment. Listened and took his time while explaining everything in detail. Will refer my family to him and this practice!
I was under the care of a midwife when I found out that the baby I was carrying had passed away. After the herbs to induce labor failed to work, I was told to seek the care of an OB/GYN. That is when I went to Dr. Colorado . I had surgery 3 days later. Fast forward: After a visit to the ER I found out I had PID. Dr. Colorado and his staff told me that the only way I could have developed this infection would have been from my husband having an affair and bringing home an STD. I had TWO pap exams during the pregnancy (1 w/ midwife, 1 w/ Dr. Colorado) and both were clear of any STDs. We had not even made love during that pregnancy since we had already had another miscarriage in the previous year. I believe they were willing to sacrifice my marriage in order to cover up a dirty surgery, but that's just my own opinion. The ER gave me copies of my chart and told me to find a new doctor that day if I wanted to live. The new doctor admitted me immediately and saved my life and my fertility.
He sucks!
GLAD THIS DOC IS NOT PRACTICING OB/GYN ANYMORE. HE DID NOT TURN OVER HIS RIGHTS BECAUSE OF VERTIGO. HE LOST HIS RIGHTS BECAUSE HE SHOWED UP TO DELIVER A BABY INTOXICATED. HE SENT ME TO BRANDON WHEN I WENT INTO PRETERM LABOR AND SAID HE WAS JUST CHECKING ME, COME TO FIND OUT HE INSERTED CERVADIL AND MADE ME CONTRACT AND DILATE AT 23 WEEKS CAUSING MY DAUGHTER TO BE BORN DEAD. HE IS NOW A DERMATOLOGIST. I WOULDN'T TAKE MY PET TO HIM.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
