There is no respect for appointment, I don't understand the point of making one, if they will take care of you 1 hour later. Is not right to be waiting 1 hour to be called.

Dr. Lewenson was so detailed and careful while doing my eye exam. Raquel (optician) was very helpful and patient on answering all my questions for the purchase of frames and lenses. Everything was very good and easy. Nothing to complain about.

Literally been sitting here 2 hours for them to finish my paperwork. 2 hours for paperwork? No. This location is trash and staff is rude!

I have been getting my glasses here for 3 years. Always great service. Today, I want to give an extra Thank You and Kudos to Raquel! I've been having a rough 3 weeks. Sick with Bronchitis, injured dog that had surgery, and to top it off, my glasses broke with no way to fix them. I called yesterday to see if I could order a new pair without coming in, but my frames are no longer available. No problem, I was told I could go in, pick out new frames, and get them ordered. When I arrived today, I was told I would have to come back because there was no insurance verification available. Needless to say, I was not happy, and I let the last 3 weeks get the best of me. I took it out on Raquel. Instead of letting me leave upset, she asked for my insurance card to put my info in the system and have it ready for tomorrow. When she pulled up my information, my insurance was verified yesterday. She was able to help me without me having to make another trip! I can not thank her enough for taking the time to help me instead of letting me leave. I apologized over and over for getting upset. She empathized and never once became disgruntled or angry. She was so nice! This really made my day! Thank you, Raquel. Thank you so much!
