Dr. El Ghannam is amazing, she is one that listens to her patients worries and or concerns, she is very honest and has always provided an amazing positive experience. I super strongly recommend her.

Absolutely love this place. People that work there are over the top friendly and informative. I felt so comfortable going there and taking my son. They answered all our questions and spent a whole bunch of time explaining every step of the process. Highly recommended.

We were very impress by the professionalism of front office staff, tech and orthodontist. The orthodontist explain some of the issues that our son had and how it needs to be corrected before he may get braces. Love that they care more about his health then the money. We really do highly recommend the provider.

Very polite from reception to Doctor. Clean, and well organized. Explained everything in detail from start to finish.

I’ve never had such a hard time making an appointment and when i finally did I called because their address does not take you to their location on Apple Maps I waited 30 mins then called another location who gave me a phone number that rings and hangs up then called and waited another 10 mins for someone to answer who didn’t even know where the location of this place was and had to call someone to ask by this time we missed the appointment and they are booked so far out that it’s just not worth having to fight toget back in they need to start an online option where people actually respond. Also what hours are they actually open because it says they are closed today but are open and time says closes at 5 on the phone but they called me at 730 at night to confirm the appointment. I just wouldn’t recommend this place to busy or solo parents we don’t have the time to fight battles to get our kids seen do better fix your call centers and online systems

Can't say enough about this place, everyone is kind & very friendly. Miss Shay walked my 10 yr old daughter through every step of the way. My daughter was so nervous but Miss Shay calmed her by showing her every instrument she will use & explained to her what she was doing.

I am Beyond Grateful to this Dr. and her beautiful staff! So attentive, never a wait, really focused on each child and Parents. I’ve recommended to so many friends and they’re Grateful as well! Front desk assistant asked if kids were ok or needed a snack, after just 5 minutes waiting, very thoughtful. Thank you for doing things right😊

There’s much to be said about an office that isn’t growing. I never had a more difficult time, actively trying to schedule an appointment. Usually when you submit pictures for an online consultation, the office will call you the same day. Palm Tree Orthodontics (Kingsway location) never called me to get my daughter scheduled. After 2 weeks, I called to check in, and was met with no response to voicemails or their text back option. Called multiple times, left voicemails to no avail. I will say, if you leave a callback number, sometimes the main operator will get back to you, but she’s not in charge of scheduling. She will simply transfer you to a lady who doesn’t answer or return your call. My attempts to schedule have been spread out over a period of a month. I’m completely shocked that this mysterious scheduling lady “Lisa” still has a job. The only reason I didn’t stop my efforts sooner is because of the “integrity” section on their website, combined with proximity to my home. First impressions are a good indication of the service you will be receiving. Their lack of communication and protocol, speaks of how this office operates as a whole. Not very organized and seemingly overwhelmed with the amount of patients they already have. I would look elsewhere for care.
