We have been with Pediatric Associates since day 1…well a few days after my baby was born. And I love bringing my baby here. My baby also loves the nurses and doctors. They’re always good to him💕 I do recommend them😊

I really like it there. My 3 month old daughter sees Dr Hamoui and she’s really good! She is kind and compassionate. She always addresses all my concerns and never makes me feel silly since I’m a first time mom and get scared over little things. The front office staff are always so nice and it’s very clean. They also do virtual visits and sick after hours on weekdays and Saturday at the Winthrop location.

I went to pediatric associates on Saturday, November 11th. I had to use the restroom. There was NO tissue, NO toilet paper & NO seat covers! I asked LEAH for some tissue, she responded, "we don't keep tissue in there because it gets clogged in the toilet. She then WALKED AWAY to triage a patient & DIDN'T COME BACK. I then saw the Dr. walk in, I asked again for some tissue for the bathroom, he responded, " I'm not usually here and handed me some facial kleenex in box." I did what I could with that and departed the facility. When I saw LEAH again, I asked her, "when I asked you for some toilet tissue so I could use the restroom, were you planning on coming back?" She responded, "No, I had a baby in distress, so I wasn't, but I can give you some now." I responded, no thanks. I've never had anything negative to say about PA. But this is experience was worth noting. Hopefully, they'll read this and treat the next person with a little more courtesy than they did me.
