We absolutely love Dr. Bob and Dr Jorge! I personally was a patient here as a child and it’s been so wonderful to have the pleasure of having them care for our children too. It’s great to walk in and see years of photos on the walls of all the children over the years and even a honor to know over a handful of them. The staff is amazing! I’m a mom of 8 kids and they always remember each of my children and the kids love going to see Dr. Bob! It’s the only time I don’t have to bribe them with a treat 😂 The staff is very caring and compassionate. Their hours are great too! They always work us in and even late at night when we have to call the on call service Dr bob or Dr Jorge personally call back. I’ve even seen them at the hospital in the middle of the night to treat my older children when they were very ill. I wish every child had a Dr. Bob! I highly recommend ❤️
Dr Montane is the best! He truly cares about his patients and takes the time to listen to concerns. Staff is great and we never have any issues getting an appointment.
Wait is generally pretty long but you can't blame the Dr/Nurse because they have to wait in the room to answer all the patients questions and address every concern.. Dr Bob is good and the nurse practitioners next door are simply amazing! The place is clean and has a nice spacious bathroom in the lobby as well as a Tv and magazines. I've never in 5 years seen the office full or anywhere near full which is good. I recommend trying the nurse practitioners because the wait is less long and they are very friendly (in my past experiences) If you'd prefer a male than Dr Bob has not done us wrong :) my son is always happy to see Dr Bob who was his first ever Dr in the hospital after birth, and only Dr since.
This place is horrible find a different doctor its always theres not another doctor here only the one so we can't see your kid absolutely rediicouls
I’m actually really shocked at these reviews. My kids have been seeing Dr. Montane since they were born. They are 4 and 5 now and he has been absolutely amazing along with everyone in their office. Any health concerns are ALWAYS acknowledged and taken care of. My son has alot of allergies and my daughter has had vax reactions in the past and any concern with either is talked about and taken care of exceeding my expectations. I have never had any other values than my own pushed on me at all. And I have been respected for any way I feel about my kids health and it has always been attended too. I highly recommend him and I’m sorry for anyone who has felt differently.
Ive been with this office for 25 YEARS. I have watched it become such a joke of a place. Dr Montane thinks he can push his views and values onto people rather than actually considering patients with special needs. It doesn't matter what the parents think or want for their children. He was rude and told us to find a new provider. I told him with pleasure!
Love the doctors and staff..
Dr. Montané and Dr. Bob are the best!
Dr Montane is the absolute best. My daughter loves him. Very rarely am I ever on hold when calling and they will tell you what to do in a situation or to come in when needed.
Won't do thorough exam. Assumes COVID, waits 2 days for negative test, won't schedule for another exam for two more days. Recommend going to an urgent care if you want an actual exam and diagnosis for your child. Our child spent 3 days with an ear infection while we waited for a negative COVID test only to be told they didn't have any openings for 2 more days.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
