The most unprofessional staff works here. I used to work for this company myself back in 2018 at the Big Bend location, which means I know how the rules are when it comes to arrival time, grace period Etc. I had an appt on 11/17/23 @ 3:15pm, since COVID they have been using the check in link and then whenever they are ready for you they will call you to get down, well I checked in through that link and my phone screen stated " a staff will be with you shortly". I was sitting in the parking lot and noticed that everyone kept going in and I was not receiving a call, so I called myself to then find out that they had "no showed me". My former location was Apollo Beach, with Dr. Bowers, but because she left I had to choose another place, I have seen Dr Hosemann before so why not ? Worst experience ever with this office for it to be the first time presenting myself somewhere else for my kids wellness check up, and last time because I will not be choosing this location ever again. Front desk was very unprofessional with not providing clarification or attempting to solve the issue being the da t that this was a system issue and not the patients fault . They wanted to reschedule me to another day after I drove from Plant City to Brandon & I had requested the day off from my job , I cannot just be coming back whenever they tell me too , because just like them I have a job that I report to and need to request the day off in order to meet my kids appointments. Manager was not available at the time of the incident according to front desk and I was just transferred from the MA to the rescheduling receptionist without being communicated about it , then I was transferred to the team lead who did not let me express myself at all about what was going on & all she kept doing was talking over me , neither I was able to hear /understand what she was saying and I am sure she was not listening to me either. As a customer care rep myself I know that you are to listen to whatever the customer/client/ patient is saying so that you can understand the request/ needs/ concerns and process and acknowledge what you're being told to then provide a solution or help. Of course all they were trying to do was get rid off me with rescheduling so that they didn't have to do their job. 4 years with this company as a patient and never had a problem at the Big Bend or Apollo Beach location. They were very unprofessional making sarcastic comments while I was telling them the location I used to go to , even after I expressed that I was willing to patiently wait after the Dr was done herself with the other patients just because I know things can happen with the system, never did they acknowledge that I mentioned that or were polite about the situation, all they tried to say is in other words that it was my fault and that the MA did call me . I didn't receive a call at all, the only call I received was at 2:56 to ask the symptoms question about the patient, which with answering I let her know I was coming and she should've checked on us if she had already spoken to me and was aware that I was going to be coming to my appt. All the MA States is that she called and I did not answer , of course I'm not going to answer because I did not receive no calls , she did not leave a VM or anything either if that was the case that she called and I did not answer, all they were doing was trying to cover each other to throw me under the bus with missing my appt after I wasted my gas , my time from work and else . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL!!!!!!!! I used to drive 45mins to an hour to see Dr Bowers at Apollo Beach location and NEVERRRRRRR EVER HAD A PROBLEM!
Dr. Myers was wonderful! My toddler was extremely nervous (on the verse of a breakdown) clutching her daddy and her teddy for dear life. Dr. Myers was sweet, gentle and allowed my daughter to have her exam on her daddy's lap. She also pretended to check up Teddy as well so that my girl could see that it wasn't scary. I would definitely recommend her and schedule with her again.
Dr Myers is THE BEST! We have been seeing her since my son was 2 and he is now 6. My son loves her and so do I. This location is also always clean and the nurses and medical assistants are so kind and patient. We will continue using this location for as long as Dr Myers is there. I highly recommend her.

My children's first visit went smooth. There wasn't a long wait to go to the back once we arrived for their appointment. The stuff was nice and professional. It was a lot of paperwork and I wish there was an option to complete it before arrival. I did feel a little overwhelmed to fill the paperwork out and try to focus on what was going with the kids. I would suggest maybe trying to pickup new patients paperwork prior to appointment. Over all though that's a small fix and I would still recommend.
Dr Hosemann is a great Medical Provider, she took her time and was very professional. Dr Myers is great too, and very professional also.
The doctors and staff have done a great job with both my boys!

Awesome place. Always take care of my kid when I need it. Same day appointment are available most of the time I call. Kid loves it there.
