I love this place and the people here they're always polite and pleasant I'm happy to be here. Thank you 🙏 for all that you do 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏.
My son has been going here for over 2 years, he absolutely loves his therapist and loves going. Would highly recommend.
Wonderful therapists! My children are loved and thriving with the speech and physical therapy that they receive here.
This place is the worst they are only interested in taking as much money as they can from you. They will review their “billing” records a year later and claim you owe them money. They will bill you inappropriately and as self pay without your knowledge, when you have insurance, and then from that cost say you owe money. If you do not pay they will send you to collections immediately. It shouldn’t take a year to realize there is an outstanding payment absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
I am leaving 1 review because that's the least Google allows. What a financial disaster this place is. They keep a mediocre records of payments. I have 3+ years of experience between 2 kids with them and I had 3 separate issues where they asked for more money for "missing visit payments". It is ridiculous. They even use the same script every time "We are doing a cleanup and discover that some visits do not have payments records attached". Really? At the same time, their policy is to pay for the visit before the kids go back for service. How the kid got therapy that day if no payment was done? My last visit was last year and up to today they keep making up visits for missing payments. This is the 3rd time this happens between 2 kids. To make it even worse, they NOW (yes, few months ago) have a "billing manager" (her name is Taylor - not a friendly one) which is nothing less than calling out customers liars because she can only rely on their very own inefficient payments records that got them here in the first place. A real financial disaster, a business with no operations whatsoever. Now, our kids therapist (Becca) is a keeper. Lovely, passionate, and professional. She should not be represented by such business operations.
I brought my daughter to this facility and the practitioner (or whatever you want to call her) Melanie. Was outright, RUDE! She has NO skills when working with small children, nor humans at all! She’s rough, impatient, and has no idea what she’s doing! My daughter is non verbal and expresses herself through fidgeting when she’s uncomfortable. I don’t mean, full body fidgeting, it’s nothing extreme. Melanie told my 5 year old daughter to “chill the hell out” with a snarky attitude. Are you kidding me? It took all of me not to get up and walk out right then and there. I’ve never met this woman a day in my life and this is how we were treated at your facility! I demand something be done about this! And upon talking to others I know who have been to this place and had the pleasure of meeting Melanie, have similar stories! Why do you allow this type of behavior within your practice? I know I’m not the first to complain. Patients come first! This is just blasphemous !
I called about two weeks ago for services for my son. I spoke with Karen, who assured me they had space for new services but could not guarantee a time. I was okay with that because we would have made the time work for my son. After calling and chasing for information, I was finally told my insurance would cover @ 100 %, but now they are unavailable. The sad part is I waited two weeks with insurance coverage only to have to call and do all the following up. When they requested my insurance information, they had it within minutes. When they needed the referral, the doctor faxed it over immediately. This is a disappointment because my son s now having to wait and look for another facility after we were told we could get in. Worse, they didn't even attempt to call me, and I had to request a call back to be told this information.
If you’re looking for a practice that cares, keep looking!! It took us a month to get a new patient appointment, but that’s rather typical, so I wasn’t bothered. We were told to have new patient paperwork and referral to the office prior to the appt. I received two calls reminding me that paperwork and referral were needed prior to being seen, so I made sure to call my daughters doctor’s office to have referral sent and it was. The morning of her appt (scheduled at 11) I hopped on my computer to fill out the paperwork, as requested. While doing so, I asked my boyfriend to call the office and confirm the appt, as I had a vm from them asking us to do so. At that point, were told paperwork needed to be filled out 2 days prior to the appt and that we had to reschedule. I was livid. We were not ever informed that new patient paperwork was due two days prior to the appointment. We were never informed the appointment was cancelled until WE called them. What if I hadn’t received that voicemail? We would have got two children ready and drug them across town for nothing? Just to be told the appointment was cancelled because the staff failed to do their job and tell us paperwork was needed two days prior? The office manager, Jen, was incredibly rude and unapologetic about our situation. Her voice was condescending and she kept accusing me of not doing what I was supposed to do to prepare for the appointment. In the end, we chose to cancel our appointment and seek therapy for our infant daughter elsewhere, as we want our daughter to be cared for by people that actually CARE. As an additional note: her primary reason for cancelling the appointment was that the therapist wouldn’t have adequate time to prepare since she was unable to review the chart beforehand. I explained that my daughter doesn’t have any medical history at all except for the primary reason for referral. She hasn’t received any other treatment and she hasn’t even been seen for it except to be referred to physical therapy. Assuming Jen has no medical knowledge whatsoever, because she would have realized her np paperwork is going to be 95% blank and pretty meaningless to the therapist.
I can't speak to their professional competence because we were denied treatment due to my daughter not being "fully current with the most recent AAP guidelines". As a nurse who works in a hospital setting, we don't get to discriminate based on vaccination status. I find it unethical. They also failed to mention this policy upon scheduling her appointment. I found out the day before on their website, further delaying my daughter's therapy. So if your child isn't fully vaccinated, save yourself the hassle and find another therapist.
Terrible admin who put in zero effort to correct a minor issue. Came in with a direct letter from insurance stating coverage for the appointment's. Admin didn't care. Could have called the insurance company to confirm. Admin didn't care. Explained several times that I had spoken with our insurance and confirmed the appointment was covered. Admin didn't care. Zero effort to fixing the issue. They don't care about your child or helping them, they only care about maximizing their profit. Can't make an appointment every single week? Good luck getting a consistent schedule.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
