I visited office today and never received antibiotics prescription to my cvs pharmacy. I called twice and receive assurance that prescription will be filmed out after provider see all patients. Again this is not acceptable for someone sick to wait all day for medication.

The worst service you will ever get. Every time I’m there I have to see a new Dr. it seems no one stays there long and they all contradict one another. After 4 years, I’m done. Not coming back.

I'VE BEEN GOING TO DR. JACOBSON FOR ABOUT 10 YRS, HAVE ALWAYS HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH HIS STAFF, HAVING PAINFUL STOMACH ISSUES, WENT YESTERDAY, SAID I NEEDED A CT SCAN, WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE INFO THAT DAY OR NEXT MORNING, CALLED THIS MORNING TO GET RESULTS, WAS TOLD THEY HADN'T RECEIVED REPORT YET, CALLED IMAGING CENTER, SAID REPORT WAS FAXED OVER YESTERDAY, THEY WOULD RESEND.... CALLED DR OFFICE BACK, THEN WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE UP TO 5 DAYS FOR THEM TO READ RESULT BECAUSE THEY WERE SHORT ON STAFF, IN THE MEANTIME, I GUESS I HAVE TO SIT HERE AND SUFFER. WHEN I GET THIS RESOLVED, I WILL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER DR......

The staff at this office are all so caring and they go out of their way for their patients. The entire medical staff is responsive, patient and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Jacobson and this practice.

Waiting time is HORRIBLE. I waited for 40 min before I paid my copay and another 20 min before being checked by the nurse. Needless to say making an appointment didn't do me any good
