Many follow up visits after finger surgery. Not long wait times at all 3 locations. Dr is thorough and shows concern for patients . Finger is healing after saw accident

While in sun city waiting room for 45 minutes after scheduled appt with PA ( dr lopez scheduled me with PA after the first 5 minute visit with him) I learned all about the latest fashions and best bars and pubs from the apparent office staff "party" going on in the reception area. after being moved to a waiting room in the office I gave up and left after another 40 minutes. As i walked out the patient before me ,who had been let into the office 15 minutes before me, was also leaving and advising the receptionist that there was no way in " " that he was going to reschedule. went to see a different dr, who actually dealt with and fixed my problem, rather that giving me a useless brace that I am sure medicare paid dearly for.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Will not see me even after a emergency visit, tho they can’t deny patient care for follow up as long As it’s up to 2 days after being seen in ER. Although that is a requirement, they still tried to charge me $550 for the initial visit.

I got charge 810 dollars for one visit. I brought the doctor ex rays and Mri for him to be able to see my knee is fractured. He decided to take ex rays without informing me that it will cost more to only confirm what I already New. Gave me no subscriptions for my swelling or pain. At the end never did anything to help me with my problem or care to follow up. Just took my money and did nothing for me.

The wait is very long bring cold into the room the chair is made of cloth and you can see urine stains all over the chair it’s a biohazard I complained and nothing was done. They have a surgical center that they on my shoulder surgery I was supposed to be there at 6 AM I didn’t have my surgery till 3 PM the wait was ridiculous especially because you couldn’t meet the day before.I’ve gone to him twice once for my shoulder one for my hand I need surgery on my knee and I would not go back to him. He can be rude at times and he spends no time with you.

I went to Dr Loper with a thumb that was not working, basically it was just hanging there. This was going on for over 2 years. I never thought I would have much use of this dumb. But I have great use of it I can’t think Dr. Lopez enough. One other thing I want to say he has a great staff there are very caring.

My husband got a carpal tunnel surgery performed and everything went fine. Dr. Lopez explained everything in detail to us. The staff in the office as well as the surgery center were very kind and friendly. We are very pleased with the doctor and will come back to him.

Unfortunately I never got the opportunity to meet Dr Lopez due to the staffs grave unprofessionalism and lack of communication. I tried for months to schedule an appointment without success so my PC got me an appointment. Four hours prior to my appointment they called and canceled my appointment due to not having my medical records after I sent them records and physically went into the office and signed a release form for them to request any records they needed. They are unable to give solution to the problem and have no respose when I tell them I missed a day of work for the appointment and if I would have canceled short noticed they would have charged a fee. Dr. Lopez may be a great surgeon, but I will never find out because if the front staff is so negligent how can I trust him with my care?
