My first two visits I was impressed. He was very thorough in taking notes and looking at my MRI's.But my last two visits he was not helpful . The last visit I walked out on him and told him I would never be back. He laughed at me . He insulted me and finally told me my problem was in my head. That is when I left.

Dr. Zala is the best around! Very thorough, smart and attentive. Been going to him for a few years now and I wouldn't have it any other way. Thanks for all that you do for me and all your patients.

Dr seems like a nice guy, but this place is impressively incompetent. It has been over a week of my girlfriend trying to get a prescription filled that he originally wrote. I am not sure if the front desk staff just doesn’t do what they say they will, or if the doctor doesn’t follow through, but it is unacceptable. My girlfriend has been in contact with them every day each of the last 6 days they have been open, and they still can’t get the correct prescription to the pharmacist. Today we both spoke to them multiple times and were told that the doctor may call her at the end of the day, but it shouldn’t be a problem. He called her after the office was closed and left a message asking what dose and medication (slightly concerning since he wrote the prescription, has notes, and we had both communicated the dosage hike speaking with his staff). When she returned his phone call a minute later it was impossible to get in contact with him, since the office phone lines were shut off and he didn’t leave a working callback number. Thank you Dr. Pravin and staff for forcing her to deal with nerve pain all weekend (and probably longer since I have no faith they will follow through)! You guys are the worst

I've been to Dr. Zala for 15 plus years. I tried another neurologist closer to my home, and ran right back to Dr. Zala. He and his staff are kind. He is caring and thorough.

Amazing doctor! Finally found a Neurologist that takes the time to go through my history, my imaging and explain everything in a way I can understand. Office staff are very friendly as well! I would give more than five stars if I could!
