Very rude doctor who will not let you speak or talk about your concerns. Do not recommend at all! My primary doctor recommended him and I immediately went and asked them to remove him from their referral listing of doctors.

I can't believe this doctor left without notifying his patients. He has been my doctor for more than 5 years. He was always there for me when I needed him-except now! How is a doctor able to practice as he did & fail to inform his patients when he is done practicing. This is a big problem with our healthcare system..can anyone say abandonment?

Went for scheduling a medicare colonoscopy screening with 0$ Copay and was scheduled for a diagnostic colonoscopy with a $250 co-pay. Since these unexpected charges were not explained in the office before the procedure, this Doctor will not be recommended without reservations.

I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Eatroff for 25 years. I have found him to be caring, knowledgeable and extremely professional. He really cares and he really takes care of his patients.

I had a colonoscopy 5 yrs ago. Nothing found. My insurance at that point covered it 100%.After 5 years I received a letter from Dr. Eatroff recommending another colonoscopy. He asks specific questions that was classifying my case from a screening to a pre-existing issue. This was happening without my knowledge. I found out when Eatroffs office and the medical center called and asked for pre payment ($1000). I paid Eatroff and realized this was supposed to be covered 100%. From that point in the Dr. and the office staff was rude and reluctant to change the classification back to a screening. But, I just received invoices from both the medical center and a second one from Eatroff. So I went in thinking it was going to be a screening and my insurance would cover it and it cost me $1,100. The office secretary was extremely rude to me on the phone. Eatroff took at least one biopsy (I think to cover himself). I will not even call to find out the results. Won't go back.

not a pleasant test to have done, but the dr. spent a lot of time talking before scheduling the procedure and was comforting on day of procedure. Have done this procedure 3 times and appreciate his caring very much. No nonsense dr, but also very friendly and put me at ease
