I had to give it a star otherwise I couldn’t move forward. The nurse Deborah who is in charged of the breathing test, was the most unprofessional, bad attitude, impolite, discourteous, rude, rough, indelicate etc…. I could go on. That room was so hot it was 84 degree in there. I’m very upset and don’t think I’ll be going back to that office.

Dr Powell is genuine and caring, he spent a long time with me, very thorough, and listened to my concerns. I am so glad I found his practice and hope to have a long doctor patient relationship.

Good doctor but the office is impossible to reach and no one ever calls you back if you leave a voicemail. Very frustrating!

You walk in and children and adults are sitting on the floor from Dr over scheduling. They make apts with you and cancel and don't care about your child's medicine or what happens to your child in the mean time.

I am writing this review today to say that if it were not for Dr. Powell, I would not be here to write it. From my first diagnosis with lung and throat cancers, Dr. Powell has been one of my specialists.. He monitored my condition closely through the last 10 years. I have complete confidence in his knowledge and care - he has a sincere belief in all that a doctor should be. I have many complications. He is the only one who figured out that my diaphragm is paralyzed.and treats me accordingly.

Dr.Powell has been my Pulmonologist for the last 5 or more years. He is a wonderful doctor with a caring and compassionate nature. he sincerly cares for the well being of his patients. Dr Powell has notoriously over the past 3 years had the worst response rate to patients. He ordered a stat chest X-ray a week ago and has not called to give us results of it as symptomsworsen. His staff who are completely incompetent tells us to go to an ER everyday when we call for results of a stat chest X-ray. Three years ago My mother was diagnosed with cancer and it took almost a month to get procedures done to confirm cancer or referral placed To oncologists. Truly poor customer servic
