Dr.Betzu is amazing! Saw him today for a prenatal visit and he is hands down the best cardiologist (and doctor) I've seen in a while! Very thorough, took time to talk through everything, and got me in and out with everything I needed done in less than an hour! The front desk staff was also super sweet and so were the nurses! I wish every doctor and office was like this!

Third visit; he saw me six month's ago and greeted me by saying it had been a year. Wanted to know how stents were doing and I had them put in by someone else over 12 years ago!!! Did not seem to know my history this time or the last visit.

Dr. Betzu implanted a pacemaker, a routine procedure on a healthy female. During the procedure he went too far through the heart wall. Within 24 hours the pericardium filled with blood and caused tamponade. Later the lungs filled with blood. Even though he was on call for the practice, Dr. Betzu did not respond to numerous attempts by the hospital staff to reach him. Since he did not respond, another member of the practice gave orders. This resulted in 25 additional days in the hospital over a one-year illness. The resulting problems lasted for two years on and off medications which impeded her quality of life. Only the grace of God saved her.
