I showed up to my appointment and over heard the front desk telling an elderly man that is needs a cleaning and his insurance will not pay for it, that he has to pay for the cleaning before they will fix any problem that he has. So I asked the front desk if I could just be seen for the tooth that is causing me pain and he informed that they can examine my tooth today but if I need anything done to it I have to that I have to have a complete full cleaning and examine of all me teeth before they could fix my one tooth. I told him that is ridiculous, so he lied to me and told me that they are just following my insurances' protocol and that my mouth has to be completely clean before they can do anything. I contacted my insurance as soon as I got home and the insurance company told that is not true and that they don't have a protocol like that, if I'm in pain or have a concern about a certain tooth then they will cover what I need to have done without any cleaning or even a full mouth examine. Sage Dental is trying to get more money and make the patient go through more dental care then what is unnecessary.

Not really happy with the service after I left my old dentist sad should not have to tell them to remember to do there job. Poor experience I'm leaving after I'm done with my mouth.

I had an Amazing Excellent Experience 👌GREAT VIBES!! The ladies there were Friendly, Happy, Educational and very Beautiful Souls✔️💯 Educational and very Professional!!
