List of Sandra Ellis's Reviews
She didn’t do anything to my case and lead me to go To the ER because she didn’t give me the right explanation to my case
This was my first physical with Dr. Ellis. I found the check in process easy to do online and on my mobile device. I wanted to get established with a doctor in the brandon area and Dr. Ellis was pleasant and I feel she will be an excellent doctor for any needs that may arise.
Dr. Ellis was very knowledgable about my siituation, understanding and empathetic. I am happy to call her my new Primary Care Physician.
Please go to another doctor! It was a joke of a visit and an easy $85 co pay visit for them! She was very dismissive and didn’t even listen to me. I cannot strive enough to please see another doctor! Worst doctor I have ever been to in my life!

Please go to another doctor! It was a joke of a visit and an easy $85 co pay visit for them! She was very dismissive and didn’t even listen to me. Felt rushed, she didn’t listen to me or provide any help what so ever! I cannot strive enough to please see another doctor! Worst doctor I have ever been to in my life!
Dr Ellis is easy to talk to about your symptoms. She goes over everything with me and explains all new medicine.
Calls one hour before appointment time to cancel don't care about other individuals time-sad response
Very disappointing experience. Came to see this doctor because my PCP didn’t have any opening for a month. So after the nurse brought me to the room she told me that doctor will call me first on my cell phone and then she will decide if she will see me in person, which sounds strange to me. When doctor called me, I got an impression she is not going to see me in person, but eventually she decided that she would come in. When I asked Dr. Ellis if she could order some diagnostic imaging or labs to figure out what is the problem, she said this is a 15 min appointment to assess if it’s an acute problem and any further work up will have to be done with my PCP. It sounds odd to me that other provider can’t do anything for you. I work in health care and all the doctors in our practice can do anything that needs to be done whether it’s their patient or not. So it was a very frustrated visit, I still have a problem that wasn’t addressed and I have to wait for almost a month to see my PCP (which I saw only once, so it makes no difference for me which doctor to see). It seems to me that primary care doctors freaking out about COVID so much, that they don’t think about other problems, and that’s why hospitals are full and people waiting for hours to be seen in the hospitals because primary care providers don’t do much. The rest of the team were very nice and professional.
Dr. Sandra Ellis has been my primary physician for over 5 years. She is a very caring and friendly person. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. My health has improved under her care and advice. I highly recommend her for your medical needs.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
