She walked out of my appointment after I informed her that I did not want the covid vaccine. She never finished my appointment and has horrible bedside manners

Worst medical experience ever

VeriMED North Tampa has gone through three or four doctors over the years. Dr. Caceres among worst who does not put patients and their needs first. She is especially insensitive dealing with elderly people, poor bedside manners. Any referrals are up to her discretion. Dr. Caceres was rude, condescending, and lacked compassion. While she was thorough in her questioning and did not rush, she was disrespectful with her responses and delivery.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with Dr. Caceres today (5/12/20). In all of my life I have never heard a doctor speak to a patient the way she spoke to my 82 year old father and I. She was verbally abusive, rude, condescending and would not let us talk at any point during the appointment. It was so bad that her office staff was looking at us with concern. Dr. Carcares would not acknowledge our concerns and fears about treatment. She actually accused him of wasting hospital resources. At one point she asked him what his job was and how much education he had...insinuating that he was not smart enough to question her! In addition to dropping her as my father's primary care physician (because she knows absolutely nothing about CARE), I am going to file a complaint with Advent Heathcare. This person should NOT be dealing with people EVER!

As a new patient, we were excited to meet Dr. Caceres until we actually met her. We waited over an hour to see her, which was fine, we assumed she took time with each of her patients. The medical assistant returned to the room approximately 4 times with questions she failed to ask that were requested by Dr. Cacares which were already on the paperwork we were asked to fill out prior to arriving. Once we met Dr. Cacares, she was rude, condescending, and lacked compassion. While she was thorough in her questioning and did not rush, she was disrespectful with her responses and delivery. At one point, she even said "you are the kind of patient I do not like taking care of". Once she left the room, to ask her staff questions regarding our care, she never returned. We had to ask the staff member whether she was done with our visit. In addition, Dr. Cacares is very clear, regardless you have a preference for a referral to as specific specialist, she only refers to specialists she works with personally and any referrals are up to her discretion. She reports this is to make patient experiences seamless, which couldn't be farthest from the truth given her poor bedside manner.

I can't believe she is still in practice as a physician, she should be laying sod. My LAST appointment with her she got up, walked out the door, and never came back. She was finished with me (without me knowing) and at that point I was DONE with her. I would not send a sick rattlesnake to her.

Went to get catheter removed She scheduled appointment too late in the day she had personal business. Add me come back the following Monday they did not have the proper tools to remove the catheter. Rescheduled my appointment By that time I was in so much pain I have to go to the hospital to have the catheter removed I and a bladder infection and was retaining urine. After this I went to a follow up at her office could not find a place to park too many people in office park. We left I called the doctor they said it wasn't their problem. I called back later to get my prescriptions renewed that I need for breathing treatments she would not do it said have your new doctor do it. If I need any further help to go to a walk in clinic. I wonder why Her last office was closed permanently.

This doctor is not empathetic. She does not touch you. She has no interest in your well being.
