Great visit! Explained everything in detail. Answered all my questions and was very patient during the whole visit.

Regarding my total hip replacement: What a pleasant experience dealing with Dr. Scott Goldsmith and OMGTB ... from the office staff, the physical therapist, the physician's assistant, the x-ray tech, the surgical crew at Advanced Surgery Center of Tampa in pre-op and post-op, and every other person I've dealt with during this entire adventure ... they have all been great. From the very beginning of my contact with OMGTB, everyone was extremely sympathetic of my situation and supportive in my needs and care in the most professional manner. My doubts and fears were allayed at every turning. The level of compassion and support would be hard to surpass ... and consequently in only three weeks I am walking pain free without the aid of cane or walker for the first time in years. Thank you to one and all!

If there was a way to give a negative star I would. This is the worst, most arrogant, belittling Dr I've ever met. If you rely on any form of pain meds, don't bother with this Dr. His treatment for pain after surgery is ibuprofen and Tylenol! I didn't meet this so called surgeon until a few days before surgery was scheduled. I had met his PA and therapist several times but not him. And when I did it was to let me know he refused to do my surgery because of my pain meds! When I tried to explain that my Pain MGMT would take care of recovery, he literally told he couldn't care less about my PM Dr and he was concerned about his reputation. If you want a shot for pain in your, by ALL means, go to him. If you need surgery, there are several other surgeons that care about their patients, after all, that's what gives them a reputation.

Dr Goldsmith and his team we're very thorough and answered all my questions! I had total knee replacement surgery and I'm extremely happy with pre/post results. I'm excited to get my other knee done very shortly!

He did my LTKR. Knowing I have balance issues, & would have to navigate parking lots to go shopping after my surgery, I requested a temporary disabled parking permit for the first few months so I wouldn't have a long way to walk to the store as I have fallen in parking lots before - uneven ground, can't run if it's raining.. I was told "I'm sorry, he doesn't do that, he wants you to walk as much as possible". Then towards the end of my Leave from work I made an appt to see the Dr, as I had concerns about returning to work, as I could only return w/o restriction. I felt I should still be under restriction as I am having issues with pain & fatigue which require breaks & rest. The Dr wasn't even there during appt, I waited in the exam rm for almost an hour when his PA came in. I began to voice my concerns, she proceeded to ignore me/cut me off, & kept saying "you should be fine, you can return" Also part of incision was not healing, she prescribed a drug that Im allergic to-on chart

The best Dr, staff, facilities and every single person involved were very professional and compassionate Un believable experience

My opinion of this Office is horrible as first appointment was scheduled and then Dr.Goldsmith was not going to be there so I rescheduled. 2nd visit I didn’t meet Dr. Goldsmith as promised . They gave me a shot and said they would schedule therapy and no calls for any direction to prepare for surgery afterwards as promised..Then they let me know for another appointment and I asked what for ? They said for a follow up. Nothing was explained. This Office is run terribly and would never recommend to anyone that really needs help. I got the image Dr. Goldsmith is not as caring as he comes across in other responses to other people that had a horrible experience. I have seen 4 Orthopedic Surgeons and this has kept me back from anyone doing surgery on me because of the shot. Absolutely just a waist of time and no guidance ??

I am so grateful to Dr. Goldsmith and his team for the excellent care I received. My hip replacement has given me a new way to live. I was in severe pain and now its gone. Thank you Dr. for a new future.

I had knee replacement surgery performed by DR Goldsmith recently. This was a follow up appointment. All of my experience during this procedure from preoperative to postoperative has been professional and very successful. Dr Goldsmith and his staff have been caring and supportive. I would highly recommend this practice to my family and others who have orthopedic issues.
