Great doctor but to much of a waiting staff is never on time to open office and wait is ridicules almost a hr late please dnt over book the doctor I being coming here for almost 3 years and is always the same long waiting my time is limited and I should not need to wait hrs ti be seen if I have a appt. Other wise doctor is good

It’s difficult to rate my experience with Dr. Narwal. On the one hand, I’m grateful he finally performed an endoscopy on my son which confirmed that something was indeed wrong with his stomach, after countless tests that didn’t tell us anything, but that seemed to be where the help and insight ended. Once we had the diagnosis, rather than figuring out what caused/was causing it, Dr. Narwal recommended my son take Nexium for 8 weeks to heal the damage. After 8 weeks on it (and a GERD safe diet), my son was still experiencing symptoms even with harmless foods. At our follow up appointment (for which we waited over an hour to see Dr. Narwal), he didn’t have any answer as to why my son would be experiencing reflux with harmless foods and told us to stay on the Nexium for another 8 weeks at which point he would switch to another OTC to wean off of the Nexium. After suggesting this plan, I asked how this would fix his problems if we weren’t really seeing any difference at 8 weeks on Nexium, but didn’t get any meaningful explanation. During this visit, he also took out his phone while I was talking and texted for almost a minute and spent most of his time looking at his computer while talking (he may have been entering notes in my son’s file, but he barely looked at me or my son the entire time and it felt like he was very distant and unconcerned). Unfortunately, we now have to start over and look for another pediatric gastroenterologist because I don’t feel like Dr. Narwal is helping our situation and/or is not explaining his plan in a way that makes sense. From other reviews, it sounds like he has helped others, but he’s not a fit for us.

Dr. Narwhal saved my life, honestly. I was extremely underweight, struggling to eat, and vomiting multiple times a day. Nobody knew what was wrong with me even though I’d struggled with my digestion for years. I was miserable and my mental health took a downward spiral. He cared when other doctors didn’t seem to and got me on the right medication routine. I am not sure what would have happened if he hadn’t. I was not in a good frame of mind (or body) and felt close to giving up. I will age out of his practice in a few years but the love and admiration will never go away. I still have digestive problems here and there, but I am FINALLY happy and as close to healthy as I have ever been.

Dr. Shivinder Narwal is extremely unprofessional and easily one of the most rude individuals I have ever met. He will go to any length to cover his butt. He clearly does not care about his patients. My girlfriend, who has UC, made a simple request for his office admin to contact her insurance to approve a medication 30 days ago. On this day the office admin claimed they did not make those calls. As of today Dr.Shivinder claims that phone call never happened and now my gf is without her needed medication. He claimed that I was yelling at him and that he didnt have to talk to me because I was an A**h*** because i was frustrated and concerned for my gf's health. I am appalled that he was so unwilling to communicate and simply try to resolve the situation. I would not recommend going to this doctors office. I am sure there are much more compassionate and understanding doctors out there.

Dr Narwal is amazing with his clients. His assistant Maria is very rude. She talks to you like you are below her and refuses to even try to help your child out. It’s ashamed he has someone so rude be the face of his office.

If I could give Dr. Narwal 10 stars I would!! We are so fortunate to have found him when we did!! He goes above and beyond for his patients and he truly cares!!
