Steven M Granger's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Granger saved my life. For 6 months I suffered from symptoms that 3 other doctors and 2 other OBGYNS couldn’t diagnose. After seeing Dr. Granger we found a huge cyst that needed to be removed! He recommended surgery and now I am officially 4 weeks post op. I feel normal again. I would still be miserable and fighting for answers if it wasn’t for Steven. (I don’t understand the 1 star review. Medical bills is not a reflection of the dr but our government.) This doctor should be judged on merit, behavior, and results. Dr. Granger was welcoming, helped me feel calm, and actually did the work. 10/10. Best doctor. I hope he will be my OBGYN forever and even deliver future babies if that’s what he does.

I have never come across a doctor like Steven Granger. I decided to try Womens Care and I made the worst of decision ever. During my visit I was referred to Mr Granger from the nurse practitioner. He recommended I have an hysterectomy and said he will have his office admin contact me for surgery. I stated to her I need some time since it would cost me over 2k out of pocket. Three months later I received a letter from Women Care saying I’m discharged from all locations because I didn’t follow his recommendations. How is this possible? I’ve never been treated to unfair. Shame on you Dr Granger and shame on Womens Care.

I called to schedule an app 5/19/2022 and I have never experienced such rude and inconsistent customer service from the young lady who answered the phone. I was calling to set up a new patient appointment as I was referring by my physician, first off she was yawning, she had a super rude attitude as if I was bothering her, she rushed me off of the phone and what was shocking was the manner in which she said that “I have a problem” because I was requesting evening appointments due to my career. Hard to believe a MD with such good reference, would employ someone like that. Horrible

I will start by saying Thank You Dr.Granger, for being the first doctor in years to actually listen to me. Truly Thank You. You were recommended by so many women. I was nervous but I took a deep breath and scheduled an appointment with you. From the beginning you made feel worthy of being listened to and treatment. I am now on track for a healthier me and the ability to start a family. Thank you for the time you take to explain everything in detail and for answering all of my questions. I left your office feeling appreciated and confident for my upcoming procedures. To anyone reading this, take the leap and schedule an appointment with Dr. Granger. He truly is amazing.

Dr. Granger is by far the best Physcian I have. He knows me, my body and is sensitive to procedures and ways to treat me. He is very personable and listens to me. He is never in a hurry and takes time to explain everything in a way I understand. He provides options for care, allowing me to chose what is best for me and my lifestyle. His bedside manner is professional, still keeping a friendly demeanor that makes examinations comfortable and less intimidating. The staff at Women’s Care are top notch! You would be doing yourself a disservice going anywhere else!

If there were a way to rate this man a zero I would. My experience with Dr. Granger wasnt as bas as I have heard or read however he is a doctor by choice which means he should be held accountable for any actions when it involves his patients and patient care. Beside manor is an absolute joke. Without going into to much detail, I was introduced to Dr. Granger while in triage at BRH. I was minutes away from him performing a surgery that was "supposed to be" an emergency however, gratefully, Dr. Den Haese stepped in. Upon first meeting Dr. Granger I was never formally intorduced just told "the good news is you will see your baby today l, the bad news is im doing an emergency csection." Only 17yrs old I zoned out as all I heard was csection. After an hr and a half passes by(now 11am) Dr. Granger is no where to be found. I finally ask what is going on only to be told he went into "emergency" surgery. Now mind you, im "supposedly" having an emergency surgery but my dr is M.I.A. Finally at 245pm I was being prepped for my csection by a different doctor, Dr. Den Haese. Thankfully he was my rescue from Granger. Now fast forward to my suture removal at the office which so happened to be done by Dr. Granger. As I was sitting in the patient room I could hear the doctor and his staff(medical assistants) discussing a personal family matter of mine that took place while I was in the hospital. Mind you he wasnt there and was going off of hersay. The staff stood around talking and laughing, making jokes of the situation. When he finally came in he tried to joke with me about what happened and I kindly let him know that I overheard him discussing it in the hall. Of course he tried to deny. For him to stand in the hallway discussing my case with the staff for me to hear I could only imagine what the other patients heard regarding me as well as themselves. This was a breach of my privacy and I made a conscious decision not go go back to him or any other providers in that office.

He made my second birth an incredible experience! I trusted his judgment and glad I did. Great bedside manner!

I have used Women's care for over 10 years and love them! Dr. Granger is absolutely amazing! He has cared for me through miscarriages and healthy pregnancies and truly cares about his patients!
