I made a last minute appointment online only 40 min before I arrived. I lost my voice and was worried about communicating. Check-in at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The nurse was calm and understanding. They ran a few different tests after taking my vitals and as soon as the tests came in NEG the physician came in and did her exam. She joked with me and kept the mood light. I was in and out in less than 20 min. With a publix pharmacy in the same parking lot everything was in one place just when I needed it. Considering how lousy I was feeling walking in, the staff did well to make the clean sterile environment warm, friendly and inviting.

The front desk girl was super helpful and friendly and looked up out of pocket pricing for everything I needed. The PA that saw me was quick and thorough and very kind. I would definitely go back if I had to.

i have been to this office twice this month and both times i got lucky to have had miss thomas aprn .i love her, she’s so nice and informative and caring. the wait was minimal as well. the staff was also very nice. my new go to walk-in clinic for sure. thank you for your care, regina

I arrived 45 minutes before my appointment and they were able to get me in a few minutes after arriving. I was seen by the doctor within 5 minutes of being checked in. The issue I presented with needed a second opinion and the doctor was able to make a call right then and get the information they needed. I was in and out with my meds sent to my pharmacy before I was originally scheduled to arrive - everything took less then 40 minutes!

Got in very late, just before closing time and they were awesome. Check me out, gave me a Covid test and gave me the antibiotics And nasal spray I need I’m not to get rid of this sinus infection. Again, thank you so much for getting this done.

I went to the urgent care clinic on Monday after feeling bad all weekend. I found out I had pneumonia. Staff was very friendly and professional. The examination and the prescribed treatment was excellent. Highly recommend.
