List of Tehreen Khan's Reviews
She saw me an hour past my appointment time and seemed incapable of actually listening to her patient. She asked questions I had already answered, didn’t ask questions she should have which led to her making assumptions which ended up being incorrect. She is a prime example of what is wrong with the healthcare system: doctors in general and this one in particular need to learn that patients know themselves better than anyone else and they need that information to make accurate diagnoses and treatment recommendations!
The experience was fine. Not great, not horrible. If you want a doctor who is going to spend a lot of time with you and be friendly, she’s not the one. If you’re fine being in and out with just a few sentences, you should go to her.
She is like the wicked witch of the North
Dr Kahn saw me while I was in Brandon Regional Hospital. This was to be a follow-up visit, which was to be within one to two weeks of hospital discharge, but they could not schedule me until three weeks after discharge. Dr Kahn was great while I was in the hospital. Unfortunately, the Bay Area Cardio appointment schedulers appear to be incompetent. I did not get a chance to know if Dr Kahn is a good doctor, so I give three stars just to get this passed through. I am wanting Bay Area Cardio known for their incompetence in scheduling.
I have seen Dr Kahn twice for myself she was very thorough and listened to my concerns. My husband has been a patient of Dr Kahn for several years and she has kept him healthy. She is a very good cardiologist.
She did an adequate job of evaluating my heart situation which allowed me to go ahead and get a colonoscopy. Not a warm fussy. She just did her job.
One of the "rudest" physicians I have encountered in my lifetime! She literally told me after a 5 minute visit that she did not have time for my questions. A new heart patient, out of the hospital with several issues to be told that the doctor has no time for you, is very discouraging. Not to mention that she was running 30 minutes late. Total waste of time, and money for this office visit! I went to pick up an RX and the pharmacist told me there was an interaction with another medication I was on. Pharmacist called the doctor, she told him to place me on it anyway. I did not take the medication. Three of my other physicians told me, "Do not take that medication". I would not refer anyone to this physician! I wrote this review in hope's that others will be aware and make a wise decision. Advocating that all patients deserve respect, adequate health care and time with the cardiologist to have questions addressed. When I walked out to scheduler I requested a different Cardio
She was the one who quickly diagnosed my mitral valve prolapse with regurgitation. Not a chatty Dr. at all, but very specific and accurate. Nice Staff at all Offices where she practices. Definalely reccomend!
Worst experience ever! I had a high heart rate and I was asked by 3 different people the same questions - the most asked over and over and over again if I did drugs! I kept telling them no and they made me feel as though they thought I was some drug addict. I was sent there for an abnormal EKG and they asked me why I even came there that my EKG was normal!! Really???? Don't waste your time, they are extremely unprofessional and are there only for the money - they could care a less!!!
She wasn't kind and she told me to "google it" when I asked what a normal QTc range is. She was halfway out the door when I was trying to ask questions and I felt brushed off.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
