Had an appointment at 8. I've been fasting food and drink for 10 hours. It's almost 9 and I'm still waiting.... still haven't had water. Had to cancel 2 appointments for my spouse and I because they are so slow....

The radiologist tech that I had completing my mammogram was amazing. They were running a bit behind and I was late, but they worked me back in, she (hate I forgot her name) didn’t let it affect her mood. We were dancing, she was singing and just loved every moment. I was really comfortable.

I needed a transvaginal ultrasound. I was in some pain. There also was some issue with the order. The receptionist called my doctor and resolved the pro lem within 10 min. The tech doing the test was Awesome. Very caring and patient. She actually calmed me and brought Down my anxieties about this test. It was a very Good visit start to finish.

I went to the Parson's Ave. location for a MRI today. The tech (Tall man with snowy white hair) was so helpful and made my MRI experience a pleasure. I am disabled and must walk with a cane. He explained everything and did a great job of making me feel calm and not move for the test. Great, great job.

I have used this company several times but over the years they have become harder and harder to deal with. Cannot get anyone on the phone. Created a login and made one appointment then went back to make a second appointment and their system tells me to check with my administrator (???). I stopped in to make the appointment I could not make on the computer, and they told me the schedule person had stepped away for a few moments and to return the next day. I just think the place is horribly managed and it shows on the way the staff helps. I am presently making an appointment with another lab.

Spent hours trying to call with no answer. I went online and thought I almost had hope but when it comes to the password area it says your password doesn’t have enough characters even though you already have a password and it won’t let you make an appointment without one. I finally got ahold of someone and they said I just need to go in and make the appointment, which is so inconvenient!! I can’t believe it’s this hard to make an appointment. I finally just made an appointment somewhere else but still upset since this ruined my morning and wasted my time

The absolute worst scheduling and customer contact experience. I logged over 3 hours of hold during 6 phone calls at different times of day to reach them for a question.
