List of Tgh Urgent Care Powered By Fast Track's Reviews
“Urgent” and “Fast” are not words to describe this facility. Walked in at 10:04am on a Tuesday, lobby was not full and walked out of there at 12:27pm. I think they only had 1 assistant and 1 doctor - both polite and professional. But 2:30 wait is unacceptable! Next time, I’ll use one of those clinics inside CVS.
Unprofessional staff, unbelievable wait time. Left after sitting for over 2 hours and being told they had no estimated time I could be seen. The other TGH urgent cares are much cleaner and more professional. Brandon location needs some serious improvement.
I was a walk in last Saturday, I was seen because I needed stitches near my thumb I got help from everyone there and now I go back next Saturday ty for everything.
I wasted literally 3 (unpaid) hours of my work day waiting to be seen, and never got to see a doctor because after such an unreasonable wait time, I had to get back to my life. The waiting room wasn't even full; 3 or 4 people at most when I got there. At the 2.5 hour mark I finally asked what the holdup was, and was told there was only one physician on duty. They could have at least told me that up front and informed me there would be a significant wait so I could decide whether I wanted to wait or not. Completely unacceptable. I will never go back there and would not recommend them to anyone.
The facility was clean and the staff was kind. The wait was incredibly long and the online waitlist wasn’t functioning on the day I went for my son, nor was it functioning a few days later when I had to go back for myself.
Horrible!!!! This place is awful. Still waiting for the X-ray overread for My daughter she left over a hour ago, with a mid-level not giving us a real diagnosis. I’ve been on hold to speak to the office since 7:30p it’s almost 8pm now they pick up the phone and just hang up. 3rd time I’ve called to wait on hold for them To hang up. This is unacceptable. It’s now 8pm and the computer says sorry something went wrong please hang up and try again over 30 minutes.
Elizabeth Kisenishky APRN. Is a bad provider. Talks down on you. Patronizes you. She doesn’t consider your opinion in treatment. Her concern is that every symptom is an emergency blinding her from thinking straight. Couldn’t care to do an exam. Lack of empathy. Made the whole visit sour.
Needs extra doctors in staff. We waited 😔 too long. Location is clean and has a good size bathroom that can fit a wheelchair. Doctor recommended a cream for my son. After all that time I waited with my family we expected the doctor to know what condition my son has. I don't think I will go back.
I was made to "check in" on my phone after my appt. time. I wish that had been made clear when I booked it.
Overall, I am very pleased with the service and care I received at this urgent care center. Front desk staff were very friendly and the providers I met with seemed to have a good idea around what I was dealing with (respiratory infection), for which I received the appropriate prescriptions. This is an urgent care clinic I would certainly visit in the future again, if I needed it!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
