Dr Ramirez has been my primary care doctor for about 5 or 6 years now. I can’t say enough positive things about her. She listens to me takes time with me. I have a lot of health issues . Dr Ramirez is compassionate and cares about her patients. I’m a senior and have had many primary care doctors in my life. Dr. Ramirez by far is the very best, caring and supportive primary care doctor I have ever had.Now to the nurses and staff. They are Wonderful! They are always friendly and greet me with a smile.
Had an appointment yesterday and the facility was super clean, staff was amazing and I got in and out quickly. Highly recommend! Parking was a breeze too.
3 hrs in a lobby with a really sick toddler with over 100 fever and horrible cough. They seemed to not be concerned as we are still waiting.
I’ve been here three times. First time I was in and out within an hour. The past two have been a very different story. I had my boyfriend bring me in after I hurt my wrist in a fight and the armed security officer stood in front of him for the whole 5 hours holding onto his gun. Today I came in as per my doctors request due to some infections fluid swelling up my arm. I can barely move my arm and I’m sitting in the waiting room in literal tears because it hurts so bad but apparently I’m not sick enough so they keep calling back the people who came in after me. It’s been almost 3 hours. This is ridiculous
Scheduled for an appointment on July 16th and they cancelled and rescheduled for July 22nd. So unprofessional.
I am in the process of looking for a new primary care doctor. This place is the pits. I sent a message on April 15 regarding side effects I'm experiencing from a medication, today is April 21st and I still have not gotten a response yet. I have been a nurse for over 20 years. I've worked with several doctors/groups and never would I have a patient wait that long for a response. This is not the first time and I'm just sick of it, literally. The doctor was so so. I felt like she has a preconceived idea in her mind about certain people and experiences and I had to basically direct my own care. Thank God I knew what I needed. But, I'm concerned about those who may not have the luxury I have, like an insurance that doesn't need PCP authorization and work with doctors who are willing to instruct them in questions to ask or directions to take. Also if you can help it don't go to the hospital ER either. It's terrible. I went once with an emergent situation and waited over 6 hours to be seen by a doctor. There were people in the waiting room crying and screaming for help. I witnessed staff walked by without stopping to help or offering help. I had to get up and grab a lady a garbage can as she was throwing up and calling for help. The nursing staff or clerical staff response was, "she's making herself do that'. I was shocked. I don't know if they're overworked or they that they've seen too much and just don't have any empathy left in them. But I would never could never stand by and watch a patient throwing up screaming for help sliding down whatever chair they put them in and not do anything, so heartless. I know management is aware of it but does nothing. For the sake of your health stay away from this place.
I just had my first visit with the facility, and I was extremely impressed! My wait time to see Dr. Chain was brief, maybe 10 minutes in total from my appointment time. He was very professional and thorough. Being my first visit, there were many medical questions about my past/family history. He showed genuine empathy towards me when I explained my previous diagnosis of cancer. I didn’t feel like I was being talked “at”, I truly felt that he was carrying a real conversation to understand me as a patient and my needs. He didn’t make me feel rushed either, took plenty of time to ask questions and allow me to ask some too. I really thought he was wonderful! His medical assistant, Elisha, was fantastic too. She was kind and professional. She took the time to ask if I have an arm preference for vitals (which is great AND professional because some patients are limited to one specific side!) She immediately made me feel comfortable.Lastly, the woman who drew my blood for labs was absolutely delightful! Even with a mask on, I could see a genuine smile. She had a bubbly personality and really seemed proud of her job and working at TGH.I have had maaaaany doctors in the last 10 years. If I felt uncomfortable with any, I simply left for a different provider. In my opinion, everyone at TGH was top notch and exceeded my expectations. I am so thankful I found this location!
The front desk staff, nurses, anesthesiologist and surgeon were all top notch! And what I appreciated the most was whenever a medical term was stated, it was quickly broken down into words that a lay person like myself, could understand! Thank you TGH Brandon Healthplex! Oh yeah, and a shout out to the janitorial staff! My room, the waiting area and the restrooms were spotless!
Great customer service! Always on top of things!
I could not have asked for a better physician. Dr Ramirez always takes time to listen, ask questions, and brain storm with her patients. My husband and I, my mother, and my brother and sister in law all see Dr Ramirez. She is always compassionate, and a true joy to be around. Can there be a wait, yes... but I would rather have a physician spend time with me rather than zip in and out in order to move on to the next patient. Love our TGMG family!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
