she is ok but all she wants is shots after shots

I had surgery on my pinky finger to correct a contracture. I had no pain during or after the surgery. Once the splint was removed I had a little pain trying to regain range of motion but never even had to take a pain medicine. The incision healed nicely and I have full use of my finger again.

Got wrong info on phone which led me to a 2 hour trip going, another 2 hours waiting even though i had an appt, the xray tech wldn't xray my arm cause she said i had to start with the wrist when i told her my big issue is the arm but they want to milk the insurance. I told her i'd complain to the dr, she said NO ur not seeing the dr. MGR came telling me a bunch of LIES that tech said that i said which left me shocked as a liar i am NOT. I explained to MGR that i am not supposed to drive 2 hours going and another 2 hours coming on top of all that gas and tolls both ways because i've had a stroke and 7 heart attacks and i'm not healthy. The DR wouldn't see me cause i said i would complain to her about her bad staff. There is a LOT more to this but it doesn't fit on here cause they only allow 1000 characters. If the DR was too afraid to hear complaints about her staff, then maybe she should get a better staff that LISTENS to what the patient went there for including giving me wrong info.

Very polite and informative. Asked if I had any questions and made sure I understood what was going on. Staff is wonderful as well. Was made to feel very comfortable which I normally am not in a Doctor's office.

Went to see her for a hand injury and one finger locking up. She did surgery. 4 months later and my entire hand is locking up now. Way worse than before. Did my 2nd follow up and let her know it’s happening way worse than before surgery and she gave me an injection in my hand and walked out. I walked out of the room and I asked if I needed another follow up and she said “nope” and walked away. No advice on what to do. No follow up other than saying I “almost have good function in my hand” it locks up 10 to 15 times a day now, when it used to be around 10 times a week. My hand is considerably worse now. my pcp is sending me to another orthopedic surgeon after she saw how bad my hand is now, 4 months after surgery. Clearly something is wrong if I can’t use my hand, especially for my line of work. My entire career depends on my hand.

From my first consult with Dr Nguyen, through surgery and all post-op visits, she was very professional and caring. I am very thankful for the excellent outcome, and would most certainly recommend her!

What a great experience. As a professional bowler it was very important to find the best Doctor I could for my wrist. After many years of discomfort and seeing various doctors, Dr. Nguyen diagnosed the issue immediately and I am finally competing pain free. The overall experience was fantastic and everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!!!
